"Weakness"

~Edward's POV~

It's been 6 months, since me and Al left our home. We've been searching for that bomb like a month and we found it. After we found that bomb, everything seems pretty normal, my lil bro is helping Alternative version of Gracia in her flower shop, officer Hughes is still controlling some streets, Noah helps people that have trouble of the past lives and for me.. I go to that Rocket University, that Alfons went. I've been learning more about how rockets are made and how do they work, but mostly.. I work on something that Alphonse doesn't even know. I've been planing to go back to Amestris, after we found that bomb and I secretly asked Alfons' gang to help me, I even asked officer Hughes to help me. I've been working on the way back, when everyone is asleep and I'm getting so tired, that I can barely stand. One night, I thought that everyone was asleep until I heard a knock "Huh.. quickly hides my notes" "Hey brother..." "A-Al.. What are you doing here, I thought you were asleep.." "I was until, that hunger came to me. I haven't eaten today, so I just ate the two pieces of pizza's that was left.." "Oh, I see.." "Um brother, I've been meaning to ask.." "What is it? yawns" "I've noticed that you are being very tired.. Is something bothering you?" "Pfftt, me tired. Alphonse, you're just making nonsense, I'm not tired.." "don't lie to me.. Yoy know you can tell me" I looked at him with my tired eyes. I was about to tell him, but he could hate me, that I didn't tell him about this "I just... I'm just getting nightmares, that's all.." I had to lie about it, I can't hurt my little brother... "Then.. Why are you at the table?" "Oh um... I.. Um.. Sleep walk, yeah.." "Um ok, but Ed, please take a nap, you need a day off and get a real rest. I'll report to the Rocket University about you.." "sigh fine... Thanks Al.." "No problem Ed.." he walked away and closed the bedroom doors. I stood up and took all my clothes off and putting on my pj's. I layed down on my bed and suddenly, I feel asleep. I normally slept, until I has a dream of me losing Winry... My Winry. It was a horrible dream.. I woke up from it and then feel back asleep. Ome day, I was still sleeping, Alphonse came to my room to check on me. I woke up in the evening and  dressed up in my usual clothes. I went to the kitchen to eat until I saw the note "Dear brother. Sorry that I have to leave you like that all alone. I went with Gracia to see a flower galery in a big city. We will be back at 9pm. You're brother, Alphonse" I took the note with me and went outside to the balcony to get some fresh air. Now I had time to do some research about returning back to Amestris. At 9pm, I went straight to bed, cause I felt so tired. I didn't even had time to change, so I just fall down on bed and feel asleep. On that night, I had a dream of people dying like Nina and Alexander, Maes Hughes, Greed, Lust, Sloth, Scar and everyone else. One day, I felt so weak. I couldn't move that much, the only thing that kept me being weak was Nina being fused with  Alexander.. I barely eat, move, talk and other. It's been happening for few weeks now. In the bathroom, I looked myself into the mirror and I saw people thay I had in my dream. First it was my mother, then Nina, then, Hughes and then... I brokedown. I felt down to my knees and hid my face and I was crying. It made me crazy  that I just wanted to be left alone.. It took me 2 hours to calm myself. One day,when I was sleeping, I had a dream but.. It was really different. Everything was pitch black, it was just only me.. And then I heard her... I yelled her name and heard me! I saw her  I hugged her very tighly "Winry! Oh god... I thought I'll never see you again.." "M-Me either but.. Where are we?" "I'm not sure, but I don't have time left. Listen, I may have a way to return..." "R-Really??" "Yeah but wait f-" and then I disappeared. I woke up and say how the sun is shining at me. Was it real? Did I really spoke to Winry? I'm going to find out... I got up and went to the kitchen and I saw Alphonse making breakfast "Oh good morning brother, I made you breakfast" "Thanks Al" I sit down on the chair and ate breakfast with Alphonse "Hey Al.." "Yeah?" "Are you getting some weird dreams lately..?" "No, why do you ask?" "It's nothing... Just asking stupid questions.." "um ok.." I heard that someone walked in. It was Noah, the Gypsy girl "Noah. What are you doing here? I thouht you went back to Romania.." "I was but, I decided to stay here in Germany" "Oh.. I see.." "looks at Edward You seemed bothered.. I can feel it Ed.." "It's nothing.." I stood up and went to my room and Noah followed me. I sit down on my bed and couldn't think about anything else except thinking of Winry and then Noah came to my room "Tell me Ed.. I can help you" "I.. I had that weird dream.." "And.." "Everything is was pitched black.. It was only me and.. I saw Winry.. I'm not sure what happened but.. I think I actually spoke to her through that weird dream.." "O-Oh.. I see.. I'll.. Try to find out about this dream" "Ok.." I was still sitting on the bed and thinking about that dream I had. I didn't wanted to tell Alphonse about this and about my plan about returning back to Amestris. I layed down on my bed, huged my pillow and fall asleep.
