In reality, up to the point Jen's at right now, sorry but Ariel would win. Ariel is a deadly long distance fighter and if you do manage to get close, the blades at the ends of her Bow are very sharp and deadly. This is just how I made her character. She is the Queen of an Elite fighting species for more then one reason.
HOWEVER! LIKE StaryNightLynx POINTED OUT,
Scarlett has known Pat for a long time and doesn't just watch her friends die. Considering she's had to fight her way out of multiple situations, has very power demon magic, has invisibility potions, speed potions, and Ender Pearls on hand, and she has the same experience as Pat/Ariel as least, she would come out on top.

Scarlett isn't going to kill anyone, but she's going to make sure Ariel isn't going to want to fight her.
