I said this during Story of My Life but here we go. A while ago I previously mentioned best friend of mine introduced me to a website called Wattpad. Though I overlooked it at the time, after all so stumbling across a YouTube channel called PopularMMos, something changed. I was having such a hard time in school and at home that they were my few sources of constant happiness and brought me real laughter without fail.

However, because my brain is weird like this, I fell in love with their characters. (Especially the Crafting Dead please bring it back one day). Their Minecraft skins, aren't them in RL, it's their avatars. Yet I couldn't find a Canon backstory to them. That's not really a bad thing, after all I learned later that Pat was based on the Lich King and Jen is... Idk a girl, I was just a little disappointed.

My creative side kicked in (Roman from Sander Sides if you will) and I just kind of started to create this world. I gave Pat and Jen powers for no apparent reason, in my head Pat's eyes would reflect his emotions, and I added my own character who was originally my minecraft skin... Scarlett.

Even back then she would constantly sass them in my head whenever something stupid happened (I WASN'T MAKING FUN OF THEM I SWEAR).  It's really funny because our old design is a really terrible, she had the stupid Dragon hoodie to hide herself instead of an illusion charm, and I didn't make much of her backstory until later (yes including the Parlett thing was not a thing in my head back then -_-). She still had her only friend be the Ender Dragon but it ended a lot differently... Just gonna leave it there unless you guys tell me you want to know that.

To be honest I think the real reason I gave Pat such a horrible and tragic backstory, because of how much I was suffering back then. Maybe it was my way of venting, though that stuff never happened to me. Or maybe I give all my characters sad backstories. You decide 0-0.

Anyhoo, I started to ask myself why I gave them these powers and how they would use them. Going through different circumstances, and months of just sitting in bed thinking whenever I could, I came up with this backstory that you now know a lot of. There's a lot more I haven't revealed, but patience my readers. You know some of these twists I'm actually adding as I keep on writing, but I have to make sure that they don't affect past events too much or else well it'll throw the whole story off balance.

Then I remembered about Wattpad, and I downloaded the app and started writing. Sort of as a tribute to the people who saved me from a dark fate, I won't get into that here. You guys know the rest. Wow that was long.
