Alyssa's pov

School's over and I'm about to get on the bus, but a hand stops me. I turn around, expecting to see Louis (since Bella is already seated in the bus). But it isn't Lou, it's Liam. I can't stop the grin that my lips form. He's smiling too, but he seem a little...nervous. Why, I don't know, but I have a feeling that I was about to find out. Liam grabs my hand and drags me away from the buses. I'm confused. What's he doing? We stop in the student parking lot. He doesn't speak for a long time and I'm too confused to fill the silence.

A few minutes later I see the buses leave the school and drive away. I gasp and think about running after them. I can't miss the bus two days in a row! I spin around to face Liam. I plan on giving him an earful. But before I could utter word, his sneaky smile stops me.

"I'm guessing you need a ride," Liam states the obvious.

I laugh. I know I should be angry with him, but the whole reason why he dragged me away was so he could drive me. "Yes, I do. Thanks to you must I add."

He chuckles softly. "You're welcome." he turns to the car we are in front of and opens the passenger door. I didn't realize that we were by his car. I get into the car as he goes around to the driver's side. Once we have our seat belts on (safety first, people!) Liam drives smoothly out of the parking lot. We reach the bottom of the steep hill, but when Liam makes the turn I realize that he's going the wrong way.

"Uh... Liam? If you take a minute to remember yesterday afternoon, then you'd realize you took the wrong turn. This isn't the way to my house." I start to panic. We have to get home by four o'clock.

Liam pretends to think about it for a second. "No, we're going the right way. Trust me."

I stare at him like he's crazy. Actually, I'm pretty sure he's pretty damn crazy. "Trust me we're not. Liam, please, turn around."

He sighs and looks at me. His chocolate eyes stare into mine. I am immediately calmer. "Alyssa, don't worry. I won't let anything happen to you."

Is it back into the leather of his car. I decide that I will trust him. I feel really safe around him. I close my eyes, trying not to worry about anything. Liam finally stops and my eyes fly open. I look around and know exactly where we are hi used to come here as a kid when Theresa was a lot nicer. It's a little candy store in town called Candy Strike. It sells all sorts of yummy candies, fudges, and even ice cream.

I smile so wide that I think my cheeks are going to freeze in that position forever. Liam gets out of the car and comes over to let me out. Once I was on the sidewalk with Liam, I wrap my arms around his neck and give him a huge hug.

"Whoa, what was that for?"

"For being so nice. Thank you," is my reply.

Liam and I go in the candy store. We look around the candy and fudge they displayed. Liam picks out two different kinds of candy and buys me some fudge. He's so nice and I don't even know why he's doing this for me. After we pick out our candy, we get ice cream. I get my favorite flavor of all time: rainbow sherbert. Liam gets plain vanilla. Buzz kill, I jokingly think.

On the drive home I text Theresa. I send: Going to Bella's. I'll be home around six.

I always do this and she surprisingly never cares. I ask Liam to drop me off at the golf course that is just up my street. He does as I ask but he doesn't leave. He gets out of the car with me. I go over and sit in the grass. The manager doesn't mind when I do this. As long as I don't vandalize anything or mess up the green, then I'm perfectly fine. Liam comes over and sits down beside me.

I rest my head on his shoulder. He's so comfortable. If you just look at him you would see broad shoulders. You wouldn't think they make a good pillow.

Liam looks down at me and lifts my head so that we are staring into each other's eyes. "From the moment we met I felt drawn to you. I tried to deny my feelings, but they were inevitable. You were so different than anyone I've even known. I usually don't like hanging out with others. I'm a loner, but you changed me. You made me want to socialize," he says softly.

My breath catches in my throat. He's telling the truth. He really means it! he really likes me. I'm not the only one who has these feelings. Liam slowly bends down and stops when our lips are inches apart. He stares into my eyes for what seems like an eternity. "I don't care if it's only been two days," he whispers. Then his lips crush into mine. They're so sweet and gentle. He doesn't rush at all. I kiss him back willingly. My heart races and my skin tingles. I never expected this to happen.

LIAM'S POV

Her head is resting on my shoulder. It feels so right. I love this and I never want it to end. I'm falling fast and hard for this girl. I want her to know that I want her, but I don't want her to know that I might love her. I don't want to fuck this up. I look down at her. She's so beautiful.

I lift her head up so that our eyes meet. I love her eyes. "From the moment we met I felt drawn to you. I tried to deny my feelings, but they were inevitable. You were so different than anyone I've ever known. I usually don't like hanging out with others. I'm a loner, but you changed me. You made me want to socialize," I tell her softly.

I lean down a little closer. I want this so bad. I'm telling her the truth. My feelings are inevitable. Is to bending when our lips are inches apart. I whisper, "I don't care that it's only been two days." The. I crush my lips into hers. Her lips are so soft and sweet. I love the way the make me feel. I love the way she makes me feel.

She's amazing and I want to prove to her that I'm worthy of her. I have a feeling that she thinks I'm worthy already. Maybe it's the kiss that gives me the hint. She's such a good kisser even though, by what's she's told me, she doesn't have much experience with it.

We finally pull away from each other. Her green eye glow with satisfaction and a grin spreads across her gorgeous face. She's so beautiful. I never thought that someone could be so pretty. Of course I'm not blind. I'm fully aware of all the pretty women out there, even the made up models. But that's just it. They're made up. None of their beauty is real. But Alyssa is real.

Everything about her is real and pure. She doesn't act like anyone or anything she's not. Alyssa is herself and doesn't care what people think. I've known her for two days and I already know this.

Alyssa blushes and says, "I'm sorry if that was too long or not good or whatever. I really have no experience whatsoever with this. Seriously, you're my first kiss." She's so adorable when she babbles. I want to stop her flow of words by kissing her again, but I decide against it.

"Don't worry about it. I thought it was perfect," I assure her. My statement makes her grin grow wider. Her smile is nice. Sweet and simple. That's what makes her so extraordinary. "I'm sorry that I kissed you though."

She laughs. "Please don't be sorry. I likes it, a lot. I just... didn't think you felt that way about... me." The blush returns to her cheeks and she looks down.

"Well, I do. Two days was enough for me. I don't want to move too fast. Especially since I thought you and Louis were a thing and I didn't know if you felt the same about me."

Alyssa looked back up and stared at me. Instead of speaking, she pulls my head down and touches our lips together again. It's a small, simple kiss, but the meaning is much more complicated. "Of course I feel the same, Liam. I don't know why because of the short time we've known each other, but I do know my feelings."

I smile. "You should probably go home now. I don't want Theresa to blow up on you because I made you late."

She gets off the ground. She gives me a sad smile. "I'm sure she'll find a reason to yell at me anyways."
