Class had started a few minutes early then usual and their teacher was different too. Also the topic they were studying was different, they were learning about the talents and myths of immortals. This made Daniel seem very different and acted not the same. Daniel asked if he could go out of the class and get some fresh air which made Luce seem something was not right and so she asked if she could follow him. But Luce was not allowed but she went anyway, She caught up to Daniel in the corridor and asked him why he was not acting the same as usual. Daniel replied i didn't want to tell you now but i think i have to because of the topic we are learning about in History. By this stage Luce was extremely confused but she didn't want Daniel to she what she was feeling even though he already knew. Daniel told her to follow him and he will tell her on the way back to their class.Daniel decided to start of the conversation slow and easy to understand and leave the difficult stuff for later when she fully understands the small things first. He had told Luce that he had known Luce for her whole life but she never knew this because he was watching her from the shadows. He continues on about how he never had left her alone for one whole day, Daniel was with Luce day in day out by her side ready for the enemy to appear. Luce cut him off "what is the enemy" Luce replied. Daniel ignored her and kept explaining as best as he could, "The enemy is a group of abnormal people after you for something you have or possibly something you know i don't know yet". I was sent from my world above this world to protect you from this group of strangers and save you and promise to never leave your side. Luce looked at Daniel like he was some kind of stranger and she slowly turned away from Daniel. Daniel tried to turn her back around and see what was wrong. He looked deep into her eyes and said what is the matter is this too much for you. Luce replied "No its not too much its not enough". Can i ask a question Luce said. Daniel slowly nodded worried about what it could be. Luce went on saying what do you mean you come from another world above this world. Daniel bowed his head in despair, I am not originally from this dimension. "what where are you from: Luce said scared and shaking in her boots. Daniel took a deep breathe and swallowed it, He looked up and looked straight into Luce's eyes and said "I am nor human nor mortal i am a creature which lies in the dark skies and watches down on mortals such as yourself". At this point in time Luce was very into a deep interest of Daniels story.So Daniel went on " I am scared to tell you fully what i truly am but you deserve to know so if you truly believe me meet me somewhere private and dark, If not i will leave and never see you again. Which is definitely going to kill me because i am connected to you". Luce took her hand and put it over his mouth and said "don't worry Daniel you can trust me, i may freak out but that is expected. Over the past couple of days i feel like i can connect to you more than i am connected to my friends and family and i don't know why. "Daniel cut Luce off and said i think i know why we feel this way" "you deserve to know one more little thing". Luce nodded and was concentrating on Daniel intently. "Every 17 years you seem to disappear or maybe even die, but you seem to reappear in another era another time even another country but you seem to keep your name".
