Todd normally picked me up on my way to school everyday now on his Tesla; it became a normal thing for us now. Luckily for me he was always there for me when I wanted to hitch a ride. I was never the legal age as Todd was a year older than me, and he would tease me about it. Mostly when we were together because he knew I would understand that he was just playing around.
We both walked into Biology class together and sat down in our normal seats. Me in the middle, Todd in the back. I saw a group of 7th graders at the counter to my left poking frogs with a stick. I really hope that we're not doing anything with frogs in biology. But I hope the 7th graders didn't bring in the frogs to just tease it.
Some 8th graders were sneaking around as well, stealing books from the library to hit 7th graders on the heads with. Did I forget to mention that people in our school are...different from the average people? I guess I haven't.
I just had to deal with people in our biology room that were NOT supposed to be there. Well, atleast until the teacher came. Everybody was either talking really loud or screaming, and when the teacher came in, everybody just stopped. It's like she's our principal or something. Whenever she left the room, however, people would keep talking again. At one point I just screamed,
"Can everyone please control themselves?!"
But my words were drowned out as about 20-something people kept talking. Somebody heard me, but not in the way I wanted them to. "The stupid basic is talking! Everybody listen up!" He shouted while snickering. Of course everybody heard that, and everybody laughed. Too bad Alex wasn't in this class. I guess he wasn't that right about the "make sure you'll never get hurt part." Even if it is mental. :(
When Biology was [finally] over, me and Sophie met in the hallway. She handed me a best friend's bracelet. "I made a bracelet of our friendship, for me and you!" She said happily.
I kindly accepted it, but since friendship bracelets weren't really a Grade 9 thing, I put it on when nobody was around. I hugged Sophie and felt a little bit better about yesterday.
We went to French and all of us gazed out the window like we normally do. If our French teacher catches us speaking English, well...I don't wanna say what happens. Nobody has ever dared to speak English in French class before. So most of us just like to listen to the sounds outdoors or if we're lucky, the rain. It's the only time when our whole class is actually quiet. The sound of the rain was nice to listen to before an aggravating class of French. AIt wasn't particularly stormy or a downpour, it was just a little drizzle. But enough to make the rain sound like it was a downpour. And that type of rain sounded really nice to relax to.
In French we watched a very classic film about the people of France. Atleast that's what our teacher told us it was. Some parts were very creepy, especially with the black and white effect on it. The film was nearly an hour long, because right as it finished, the bell rung for Health.
In Health we were put into groups of 3, as there are 24 people in our class. 8 groups. Would've been easier with us seperated in 2 groups with 12 in each, but I didn't question anything. I was happy with the partners I had; Ash and Sophie. We had to create a model of the human skeleton using just wood. Of course Ash was already getting started before the teacher explained, but that's Ash for you.
Now I'm not a person who gets easily freaked out, but Ash got a little too detailed with her mouth. I would show you guys a picture of it, but I wouldn't want to give you nightmares. So, just picture this: A straight, long mouth with a curled lip at the sides. But now, imagine that mouth being open and full with teeth that are bigger or smaller than the others, and separated like keyboard keys. Like a little kid's first teeth lost. And that's what it looked like. Creepy, right? Yeah. I thought so.
Sophie turned to me and whispered, "You find that mouth a little, unsettling?" I nodded back, hoping that Ash didn't hear her. I would've put a finger over her mouth, but she probably would've generated more noise trying to get my finger away from her mouth, I dunno.
Ash was working away, as Sophie and I were doing nothing. It's not like we didn't want to, but Ash was practically doing all the work and we didn't wanna get in her way.If we weren't partners, we wouldn't pass all these assignments without her. She seemed like the 'creative' one in the group.
It was when the bell rang for lunch that I noticed the storm had cleared up. I got kinda sad then, as the sound of the rain was soothing. I couldn't hear much of the rain on the glass in Health class, but mostly because of the discussion about other people's models.

I'm not going to describe the rest of the day after that as it was just boring old classes like Math and Science. And if you're wondering about lunch Alex stood up for me like he said he would. I feel like it's an on-again off-again friendship with him. Sometimes I accept his advice and sometimes I'm doubting it. But honestly I generally have trust issues because people talk behind my back all the time. I'm practically used to it now, but honestly it's given me really bad trust issues. Problems like; I never know when they're telling the truth or not.Dear readers that are still in the day of Tuesday,
Hey guys! It's Emma. Today was a little bit dramatic so I'll try to write as much as I can! Anything my head can handle.
