Chapter 12
TRIS POV
Friday is finally here and me and the 'gang' are driving up to a lake house tonight so we can spend the weekend there, we invited this new kid Al to come with us he seems nice.
Almost as soon as I finish packing there is a knock at my door.
I open it to non other then Tobias.
"Sup Toby" I say
"Wassup Bea." He says and we laugh
"You ready?" He asks and I nod and grab my bag my purse and my cell phone charger.
"Ok so it's You, me, Uriah, Zeke, and Shuanna in our car." He says as I toss my bag in the back, since he lives next door he picked me up first and I get to sit shotgun.
"How did we get stuck with dumb and dumber?" I asks sarcastically and he laugh
"They aren't dumb, they just do dumb things, and say dumb things." He says and we both laugh.
We talk about random things all the way to the Petrads house, which was only a couple of blocks away. Zeke, Uriah and Shaunna burst out the door with their bags. They throw them in the trunk and the climb in. "Why does Tris get to sit up front?" Zeke whines
"Cause I live closer to him then you do." I say and he groans.
The hour drive there consists of laughing and random conversation.
When we get there, we are the first group. Thankfully Tobias was the one with the key so we grabbed our bags and went inside.
I claim a room for me Chris and Mar. Shaunna grabs one for her and Lynn. The brothers claim a room with Tobias, and there is one room left with enough room for Will and Al.
We all relax after the long car drive and sit in the living room and we talk. After about fifteen minutes Chris group came bursting in the door. I tell her and mar were our room Is and they go unpack. Shaunna points Lynn to their room and Al and Will take the empty room.
We order Pizza and watch 'this means war' it was really funny
"Ok who wants to go swimming, the pool outback has a light in it!" Uriah exclaims
After everyone agrees Chris shouts "Tris you are so wearing that bikini I bought you!"
I groan
I go into our room and put on the Bikini it's black and Dark blue tiedie. I put on some shorts and I French braid my hair. I grab my towel and head back to the living room.
"Happy Chris?" I ask and she nods aggressively
After everyone is finished changing, I notice Tobias was staring at me, I blush.
Does he like me? No there is no way a guy like him would like me.
Uriah walks out of his room and he looks at everyone.
"Whoa Trissys got some muscle." He says to me
"Shut up or die." I say in my most serous tone. His eyes go wide and he changes the subject "so swimming?"
We all run to the pool, I take off the shorts that were covering the bottoms to my bikini and I am pushed in by Tobias.
He jumps in after me. I get to the surface and notice he is shirtless. I stare for a minute but look away before he can notice.
We play Marco Polo for a bit but then that gets boring.
"Hey guys lets play never have I ever, and instead of drinking we have to go under water for a second or two if we have done that thing." I suggests and they all agree, so we get in the circle in the shallow end. Most people can sit in the three feet without there head going under water so that were we decided to play it.
"Never have I ever.... Been scared of moths." I say, I remember when Chris freaked out last week because a moth was flying around her and she confessed to me. She gives me a dirty look and goes under water and comes back up.
We all laugh except her.
"Never have I ever gotten stuck in a tree." Says Tobias
Me, Zeke, Uriah, and Marlene all dunk.
We play for like an hour after that then decide to go in and sleep.
