we arrive at Hawkins at about 7 pm in the night

we had enough time to unpack some things and maybe we could continue in the morning.

the neighborhood was okay. we lived in a street named Mirkwood. weird if you ask me.

the house was a normal house.
in the front was a white fence.
the ground was covered in grass.
in the middle was the main door and two windows were beside it.
the house also had a second floor.

"Well, here's the house! you can go choose your rooms now." my mum exclaimed.

i basically trampled over the stairs and went straight to last room in the hallway.

the room was painted a forest green. the floor had a beige carpet and there was a bay window in the middle.

great for sneaking out, I thought.

I got my boxes from downstairs and unpacked all my clothes and other things.

in my dresser,I put up pictures with me, my friends, and my old home.

i wonder how they are right now...
I sure do miss them so much.

I saw a Starbucks when we were on the way to our house so I asked if I could go and my mum agreed.

I got my light blue bike out of the garage and peddled away.

I took my time admiring the trees covering the sides of the streets.
it was a full moon tonight and it was beautiful.

when I got to Starbucks, I got an iced coffee just like always.

after that, I went home and slept with memories from my old life clouding my thoughts.
