A Symphony of Fire
Second Chapter
Interlude It's all Smoke and MirrorsThe flames are rising and dying
We are together - I'm crying
Like a phoenix from the ashes
A not ending Interplay
I felt like we would walk forever
Down a diplocardiac, twisted way
And instead of coming closer
Our purpose runs awayAnd our song is playing
In a continuous loop
But it has no happy ending
And I'm blaming youThe constant balance of change
Is slowly destroying me
I left my heart wide open
You didn't even need a keyOh I hate your pocerface
Cause this abandoned fireplace
Is a bittersweet remind
Of you and that you left me behindPlease tell me
What is right or wrong
Cause I don't know
Where I belongAnd even though I hate missing you
If you would call me, that's for sure
I would be right there by your side
In this silent Autumn night
