Ross (POV)
"It'll be okay babe." I comfort Katie. "I know. I'm just scared." she says sobbing. "It'll be okay. He won't come after you. Ever. " I rub her back putting her on the curb. "I know." I go to touch her but she flinches, falling onto the grass behind her. "K-Katie? Are you scared of me?" I ask tears filling my eyes. "N-N-No. I'm just scared. I mean I just got kidnapped. " she says defensivly. "Okay. Give me a kiss to prove it then." I pucker up my lips ready for a kiss, but it doesn't come. "Katie? Why won't you kiss me? Its because I hit you. Oh my god. I'm so stupid. " I say pacing back and forth, smacking my head to my hand. "No. Ross stop!" she screams grabbing my arms and pulling me into a sweet kiss. At first I resist but I gave in to it, kissing her back as passionate I could. *Beep* We jerk our heads to the sound of the beep, its my mom and dad. "Katie! Ross! Your okay! Oh my gosh! I'm so sorry!" she pulls us into a group hug, my dad joins in too. "Im so glad your okay. I love you guys. " she pulls away kissing me on the cheek. "I'm so sorry Stormie, I hope you aren't hurt!" Katie checks my mom for any injury. "No I'm fine! And don't apologize! " she pulls Katie into a bear hug. "That's enough mom." we laugh. "Okay. Okay." she says fixing her hair. "Well Riker is throwing a Glee cast party tonight at the house so we have to go somewhere. How about a water park?" Stormie spills in us. "Yes! Let's go back to the house to grab our stuff." I say walking towards the car. I hear footsteps behind me, I know its my parents and Katie so I get in the back seat. Katie follows. Mom drives and dad in the passenger. "Are you guys hungry?" dad asks. "Yeah!" Katie screams before I could talk. She slips her hand into mine, I look over at her and she smiles, making me smile. "Your so cute when you smile." I say grabbing her cheeks. "Ro-s-s st-op!" she says laughing. She punches me in the gut. "Ow! Oh that's it!" I say jumping on top of her tickling her. "Shkekwn" she chokes out. I laugh getting off her, "You guys are the most un-mature couple I've ever seen. " My mom says. "Nuh-uh!" I say like a baby. "Whatever." she laughs. Me and Katie just make small talk until we get to the house. We pull into the driveway and pile out the car. "Hey Kat!" Riker says hugging her. "Hey Rikey." she hugs him back. I'm not going to lie, I get jealous when one of my brothers hug her. I don't like to share things of mine. She walks in with him so I talk to my parents about what happened after I left the house. They called me a 'hero' and a 'Superhero'. "Thanks. I just didn't want Katie getting hurt. " I conclude the conversation by walking away and over to Katie, slipping my hand into hers. "Babe! Tell Riker that waffles are better than pancakes!" Katie says pulling away from my hand. "Waffles are better. Katie can I talk to you upstairs?" I ask. "Yeah sure. Bye Rikey!" she hugs him again. We walk upstairs and into my 'old room'. "What is it babe?" she puts her arms around me, but I immediately pull them away. "Why are you flinching when I touch you and not letting me touch you in public?" I ask sternly. "Ross. Really your going to bring that up? You punched me! What am I supposed to do forget it?" she screams. "I was just asking a question. Don't need attitude. " I say. "What are you going to do? Hit me again?" she screams super loudly. Riker comes in "You hit her bro?" he says. "Yeah he did!" Katie says storming out of the room. "Why did you hit her?" he asks with rage. "It was on accident. I was going to punch Rocky but she jumped in front. " I try explaining. "You've changed Ross. And not for the better. " he storms out of the room too. What's happening with my life? I look down at the scar on my arm and grit my teeth. "Ross. Don't hurt yourself again. Please." Rydel says at the doorframe. "Rydel I won't. " I lie on the bed. "Promise me Ross. Pinkie Promise." she says. We used to do it as kids when we told secrets. "I pinkie promise." hooking my pimkie with hers.
