Chapter 10

"Love has no boundaries.."

Grayson's POV:

I felt myself being rushed down the halls as I faintly heard the doctors scream down the hall for everyone to move aside. I looked to the right to see a young lady with red hair rush beside me, checking a tablet and typing something down. 

"Open the elevator!" A tall man said with a low voice as we quickly entered the elevator. Once inside, the doctors took this opportunity to catch their breath and look down at me. 

"Everything will be alright... we will help you," The lady said as she smiled at me. Then she looked up at the man who gave her serious eyes. He then whispered something that I was barely able to hear.

"Don't promise things you can't keep,"

Wow.. way to keep me feeling positive about this.

Ethan's POV:

I held Grayson's hand in mine as I continued to cry. I've been here almost half of the day now and I was kind of starving. I looked around the room for something to eat but found nothing. Then, I saw the same doctor from before walk past the room. I let go of Grayson's hand and poked my head outside the room, calling out after the doctor.

"Hey! Doctor.... I don't know your name!" I yelled as everyone turned to look at me. She turned and smiled at me as I waved for her to come towards me.

"Robbins," She  exclaimed in a happy tone.

"What?" I asked, giving her a confused look. 

"Dr. Arizona Robbins," She repeated as she walked into the room with me. I noticed that she had a little koala in one shoulder and a monkey in the other.. how cute. "What's the matter?" She asked as she looked at Grayson. Oh no, she thought I was calling her for him.

"Oh.. no nothing's wrong with him," I said and she looked at me, still smiling. "I was hungry and I wanted to ask where I could go get some food because I don't want to leave the hospital,"

"Aww how sweet. You can go down the hall into the elevator. Go down to the first floor and go to the main lobby, you'll be able to see the cafeteria from there," She said as he pointed in all directions.

"Ok, thanks," I said and smiled back at her. I like her, she's always happy. "I'll be right back," I said to Grayson as I squeezed his hand and turned around, making my way towards the elevator.

"Oh, here I forgot to give you this," The lady- Dr. Robbins said as she caught up to me and gave me a hospital visitor clip-on pass. "This will let you go anywhere in this hospital," She added before she smiled once again and walked away. I clipped it onto my shirt and made my way towards the elevator, in hope to find the cafeteria.

Grayson's POV:

The doctors rushed me down the hall, still yelling at the nurses and doctors in the way. We stopped outside a wooden door and they both looked at me. 

"Don't worry, we're gonna try everything that we can to help you," The man said as he nodded and walked away, the other doctor following him. The nurses continued to push the gurney into the room, which was all gray. I looked around and it was a dark and scary place. I began to breathe quickly and felt my heart speed up. The doctors then moved me from the gurney into a bed that sat in the middle of the room. I heard the nurses and the doctors walking around me as they tried to set everything up.
