Chapter 18: Before Senior Year Starts

Sorry this was a short chapter and at one part of the chapter I had to keep it short because I needed my notes I had for my story, but I don't have them with me. I'm doing this on my phone so I might have a lot of spelling errors. Later on and I don't know when I will edit this and probably add just some backstory to how some of the couple's got together. Anyways hope you enjoy because Senior Year for them is going to be hectic. I gave a hint as to what their Senior Year is going to be about in the last few chapters, but now I'm going to stop typing so you guys can read the story.

With Rogue and Lucy in Rogue's house

3rd POV

"School starts tomorrow. After that we won't be able to see each other much." Lucy whines.

"Don't worry. I'm sure we can figure something out." Rogue says.

Lucy goes and lays on Rogue's bed, "Come cuddle with me before the day ends and we have to go back to school again."

Rogue goes and joins Lucy on his bed, "I thought you liked school."

"I do. It's just that I want to spend more time with you." Lucy says.

Rogue puts his head on Lucy's chest and listens to her heartbeat.

"I'm not going anywhere, I promise." Lucy tells him.

Rogue just nods as he closes his eyes. Eventually him and Lucy falls asleep cuddling on his bed. Dinner time hits and Alzack enters Rogue's room.

He smiles, "Wake up love birds. Dinner is ready."

Rogue heard the door close and he sighs. He gets up and sees Lucy still sleeping. He shakes Lucy awake.

"Hey dinner is ready. Come on everyone is waiting for us." Rogue says.

"Ugh why? I just want to sleep." Lucy says.

"Aren't you hungry?" Rogue asks.

Lucy was about to say something till her stomach answered for her. Rogue just laughed and pulled her out of bed. Lucy yells slightly when he pulls her.

"Didn't mean to do that." Rogue says.

"Looks like you still haven't gotten used to your powers." Lucy tells him.

Rogue just grabs Lucy's hand and takes him downstairs to the dinner table. When they make it to the table 2 little ones join at the same time they do.

"You guys took you sweet time." Gajeel said.

"They were probably cuddling and kissing." Romeo shouted.

Lucy and Rogue just blushed.

Rogue smirked, "And what were you doing with Wendy that made you take as long as us huh?"

Romeo and Wendy blushed.

"We didn't do anything you guys would do!" Romeo shouted. "We we're just playing games."

"Whatever you say." Rogue says as Lucy snickers.

They all begin eating and everyone ate a lot. There was a lot of food because Lucy and Rogue's families had gotten together, plus all their friends. They finally finished eating and they all help clean.

"Hey Rogue, Lucy, let's play a game!" Natsu yells.

They both head to the living room and they see everyone in a circle. Rogue and Lucy just sigh seeing Mira grinning like crazy.

"We're playing truth or dare." Mira says.

"Of course you are," Rogue and Lucy both say.

They both sat down next to each other with Lucy in Rogue's lap. Erza agreed to go first as she spinned the bottle. The bottle landed on Natsu and Erza just smirks.

"Truth or Dare Natsu?" Erza asks.

"Please im not a chicken. I pick dare!" He shouts.

"I dare you and Gray to not fight this whole day and, if you do you will wish you were in hell." Erza says.

They both cower in fear, "Aye sir."

Natsu then spins the bottle and eventually everyone went. Some people did make out but everyone made sure not to go to far with making out at Rogue's house. A/N: I will edit this and make this more descriptive later. I don't have my notes on this story with me right now so, I am going off on the top of my head. I will add more truth and dare things later, but this is just for you guys real quick since it's Christmas.

Once it got late everyone was preparing to leave since they had the first day of senior year tomorrow. All the adults were talking about stuff. Lucy and Rogue, along with her others just stood by the door. Lucy hugs Rogue and wraps her arms around his neck.

"We aren't going to be able to see each other much. In going to miss, plus it doesn't help that you go to a different school." Lucy whines.

"I know I'm going to miss you too." Rogue says as he pulls away from the hug and learning in for a kiss.

Quickly they shared a few seconds kiss since Gray interrupted with a fake cough. Lucy and Rogue let go of each other and stared at the others.

Gray puts his hand out and says, "We're going to train our asses off. Next time you won't beat us. I promise you that."

Rogue smiles, "Whatever you say. We may not have the seniors anymore but we are still a well functioned team."

Everyone said their goodbyes and left leaving Rogue and Lucy left. Rogue and Lucy hug one more time.

"See you later. Whenever that later is." Lucy says.

"Yeah, I'll see you later." Rogue responds. "Goodbye and I love you."

Lucy looks at Rogue in surprise and was about to say something but was cut off.

"Come on Luce we got to go." Natsu says. "Aunt Layla and them are waiting for us."

Lucy nods as they head out and leave his house. Rogue goes to his room takes a shower and goes to sleep.
