Alice's POV
''Mom, its just makeup, a lot of girls are wearing it now, don't worry 'bout it.'' Bella told her mom.
''Oh really them whats about ''Phoenix is a terrible place for vampires?''
''Oh thats an inside joke. Its in a movie called daybreak.''
''Yea sure, how come you never talk about the movie?''
''I didn't think you liked it."
''Ok, then why does she have red-stained teeth?''
''She was drinking ummm.. uhhhh.. Iced tea before we came here. Gosh mom just calm down.''
''Ok honey go prance off with your little freaks,''
Bella marched up to her mom.
''If you EVER call them freaks again, I'm never visiting you ever again! Alice is my best friend and I am getting MARRIED to Edward Mom! This is my new family!''
I just stood there having visions of what Jasper is doing back at home.
''Thanks Bella''

''For standing up for us.''
''No prob, I love you guys.''

Edward was there to pick us up. Bella sat in the front and I sat in the back.
