Chapter 83: I found you!!!

 It was Sunday, Maxine woke you up at 4:23 am, she had something to show you. You asked her what was it, and she only said - You won't like this...- . You two headed to the main hall, where the front door was, and there, on the floor, a letter was left. You two grabbed it and read it. Considering the spelling mistakes, you noticed it was written by Sans. It said that he would come for you at 4 pm, but this time he was definitely going to take you. You started to feel scared, you honestly didn't want Sans to adopt you, you'd prefer to be adopted by Papyrus but just because he lived in the same house as Sans, for the moment you preferred to stay in the orphanage, you had good food, a good room and over all, a great friendship with Maxine. The first thing you and Maxine did as you finished reading the letter was throwing it to the bin. After that you two rushed to your room.

 Later, at 11:34 am, you were planning how to avoid Sans, you two thought of running away but Sans could teleport and trap you easily... Ideas kept coming to your minds until the owner of the orphanage said - It's lunch time!!!...- and called you to eat. You two went down the stairs at full speed, ate like lions and then rushed back to your room.

 The time passed, it was 2:57 pm, only one hour and three minutes left for Sans to arrive. You two were paralyzed, you didn't know what to do until something hit the window. Maxine opened it, it was Papyrus. She, thinking that it was Sans, punched him in the face. He almost fell. You said - Wait, he is not Sans!!! He is his brother!!!...- and Maxine said - Oh, sorry about that...- while Papyrus recovered. You said - You are here for me?...- and Papyrus said - No...I'm here to tell you that Sans is coming for you in one hour...- and you sarcastically said - Wow, I didn't know that...- and Papyrus replied - Wowie! You are like a fortune-teller!!! Tell me, am I gonna enter the Royal Guard?. - and Maxine said - It doesn't no longer exist...- and Papyrus said - Oh...- . After all that dumb talk, you interrupted - Hey Papyrus...can I ask you for something?...- and Papyrus replied - Of course, my best friend!. - and you spat it out - Just friends...can you please don't adopt me?... I mean I know you like me and I like you, but I don't really want to leave this place...- and Papyrus, a bit serious, said - Sorry, but I didn't have the great idea...Sans is going to adopt you...I told him you would prefer to be alone...but he didn't understand...- and you asked - Can you please stop him from adopting me then?...- and he said - I'll try...- and then you kissed him on his cheek and hugged him saying - Thank you! thank you! You'd be my best friend if it wasn't for Maxine...- and Papyrus said - Wait, what?...- and then you closed the window on his face, saying - Goodbye...- .

 After receiving that sudden goodbye, Papyrus headed to his house, thinking of a way to keep Sans busy, until he finally thought of something. Unfortunately, this idea wasn't quite nice.

 Papyrus reached his house and screamed - SAAAAAAAANSSSS... TORIEL ESCAPED FROM THE ASYLUM!!!... HELP ME!!! WE NEED TO FIND HER!...- and then Sans went immediately with Papyrus. After two tiring hours of chasing Toriel along the police, she took advantage and reached a wasteland, place where Asriel used to live. She thought "Y/N must be here..." while preparing a fireball. She opened the door and searched through the house from nose to tail, but she didn't find you. While coming out of the house, she said - Where will he/she be?...- until a cop, the fat sheriff, said - I dunno, but you will be at an Asylum with extreme surveillance!. - while putting her the handcuffs. She shouted - NOOOOOOO!!! I MUST KILL Y/N!!!...- and then the cop made her enter the patrol.

 The clock striked 8:54 pm. Sans and Papyrus arrived to the orphanage. Papyrus said - It's too late...we should come back tomorrow...- and Sans said - Stop sayin' silly things...- and then the woman of the orphanage opened the door and said - Oh, you are here...I'm sorry, but the kids are going to sleep...you may come back tomorrow...- and then she closed the door. Papyrus said - I told you...- and Sans, angry, teleported to his house. Maxine looked Papyrus by the window. They exchanged thumbs up.

 You were at the courtyard, you saw how the woman told Sans and Papyrus to leave. You sighed in relief and sat on stair. You started to think "Not even law can stop him from adopting me...what I am going to d-" but suddenly, someone shouted - I FOUND YOU!!!...- and as soon as you heard that, you rushed at full speed to your room.

 Author's note: Finally, I wrote a chapter with more than 500 words xD. Ok, things are getting intense, will Papyrus keep making time for us to think of a way to escape Sans?...or the fact that we are from Sans' property is unchangeable?, discover it next time! bye :v
