ENMADOU Mizoru is the destined Miko.She is prophesied to exorcise all impurities of magano and wipe out all sins and karma.She has many Shikigamis but none of them are made by her,the Shikigamis were stray and they chose to serve the re-incarnation of thee Abe no seimei.Sakura is her Shikigami,she loves the Shikigamis that serve her but she loves Sakura the most.Sakura is the first Shikigami she have made.
Mizoru uses no enchantment,she chants spells if needed.But only writing a star in the air ( which follows with a yellow glow ) Makes the impurities disappear in an instant.
She is friends with Ikaruga Shinro,who is the 13th heavenly commander.Shinro is made the 13th heavenly commander because of the task to be Mizoru's partner in fighting.It said so on the oracle that the head exorcist have received.
