too many phone calls chap 3

then leo asked

"well do you wanna go with me then?" 

Alexa's POV:

"um I-" i was a bout to answer him until my friends interrupted by them all saying together"she'd love too" val said,  "no" grayson said "of course she does" nancy says then val said "why not grayson" then grayson replied "she doesn't even know him" "when did you start caring" nancy spat. then the all started arguing leaving me and leo together.

then i walk up to leo and say "sure sounds fun" and smiled.

"well your friends seem to be a bit occupied wanna go to a cafe or something?" leo asks smiling. i giggle and say "yeah sure lets go". we walk into a small cafe and order our drinks. it was quiet until leo spoke "so tell me about yourself?" "well im 19 years old I've lived here my whole life but i hope to be able to explore the world one day. what about you? " i said trying to be social "well im also 19 and i use to live in Utah but moved here when i was 15, so what's up with that George guy he really didn't want you to go to prom with me?"

i chuckle and said "you mean grayson, i really don't know but i for sure know he hates me because he bea-" i cut myself off knowing what i almost just said. "he does what" leo asks confused at why i didn't want to finish the sentence "i..uh..he.." i tried to make up an excuse until my phone rang and i see val's picture pop up on my phone 

*phone call*

hello?-A

OMG LEXI WHERE DID YOU GO? ARE YOU OKAY? DID YOU DIE?-V

leo-A

guys she's with leo-v (val whispered)

then val hung up. i started to laugh and leo gave me a 'wtf happened' look. "val thought i died" i said in between laughs and then leo joined in laughing. then the door bursts open to a running nancy and Valerie while ethan grayson walking behind them. they notice me and leo and run to our table and hug me

"omg lexi you scared us so much we thought you died!!" nancy shouted and every one joined our table i was sitting between leo and grayson, grayson kept giving leo dirty looks for some weird reason. then i decided to go to the bathroom.

grayson POV:

why do i hat leo so much? he doesn't seem like a bad person so why do i hate him?

 is it because he is with alexa? but i don't like alexa at all.

what's wrong with me?

"hey, grayson right?" leo asked "ye and leo right?" i said trying to sound nice "yeah, whats up with you and lexi? you like her or something?" he asked with a slight hint of annoyance "um no why would you think that?" i said kinda confused "idk you just seem a bit-" but before he could reply alexa came back from the toilet and sat down.

alexa's POV:

i come back to my seat and started talking to leo 

"no leo that doesn't make sense" i said while laughing

"yes it does, watch let me go ask that old lady over there" he said pointing to an old lady reading the newspaper. "go ahead then" i said still laughing he then walked away to ask her
