okay let me take you back 10 minutes ago. i was walking back from val's dorm room to my own. i stumbled across tyler who surprisingly greeted me nicely, it confuses me because, 1. he doesn't go to this college and 2. he hates me. um okay... moving on i proceeded to my original path, i unlocked the door to this,
Arron making out with a girl on me and Grayson's couch. she looks familiar, with the dark brown curly hair and tan skin kind of like Na-
"NANCY!" I squeal loudly causing them to break apart.
"oh my god lexi its not what you think, we were playing jenga i swear!" she said hurriedly trying to fix her hair. while i just stood there completely frozen.
"when did this start?" i ask confusion covered my face. "and why wasn't i informed of this?"
"it started at the party that we went to before college started" she said avoiding eye contact.
"does val know" i ask and she shakes her head.
after a few seconds of silence i squeal and run to hug her "im so proud of you!" i exclaim, she looked slightly taken of back but hugged me back. we pull apart and she gave me a confused.
"you're not mad?" she questioned.
"why would i be mad?" i ask but before she answered someone cleared their throat making realize there is someone else in the room.
"im gonna go, see ya tonight babe" Arron said and kissed nancy on the cheek and walked out.
"Ew gross" a familiar voice spoke.
Grayson.
"Shut up Grayson it's cute" I reply giving him a pointed look.
"Is Arron stupid or something?" He said, his eyes glint with amusement "Nancy is so annoying"
Nancy just sticks out her tongue at him. Their so childish.
Later on in the day Nancy informed Valerie of the news and her reaction was...different;
"NANCY KATHERINE REYNOLDS, HOW DARE YOU NOT TELL ME!"
"Val calm down you'll wake up the mice in the walls" I slightly chuckled and her unamused expression.
Completely ignoring my comment Nancy said "I'm sorry ok, I didn't wanna tell you cause I wasn't sure if we were a thing yet."
Valerie sighs and continues talking to Nancy and apologising for her behavior and made up again. I slipped out of the room and started walking to a nearby cafe.
While walking there a shop caught my eye, I turned to look at it Benny's diner a flash of images cross my mind of all of the group excluding Mel were sitting around laughing, but that's not the thing that made me confused it was the image of me And Grayson smiling at each other while I was cuddled up to his side with his arm around me securely while he kissed my forehead. The weird thing is that I don't remember this. But it looked so real that it was hard to forget. We looked younger, like it was a past memory.
Shaking my head, I turned the corner and bumped into someone causing the person to take a step back almost loosing their balance.
"I'm so sorr- Grayson?"
"Alexa hey" he awkwardly smiled and waved looking uncomfortable.
"Hey were are you heading?" I said, I don't know if I should forgive him or not because I've never held grudges on people so I'll just make small talk for the time being.
"Oh umm...to a cafe, yes a cafe" he said unsurely but I wasn't convinced.
"Seriously grayson where are you g-"
He quickly pulled me to the side and did something that was completely unexpected.
HE JUST KISSED ME!
