*2 days before college starts*

Not a lot has changed over time, Ethan and Valerie are still together which was quite predictable because they've been together for 3 years already. Ikr...goals!

But anyway Nancy still hasn't found anyone special but she's been on a couple of dates but no one was right for her.

Grayson and rose are still together which really surprises me but ik she's only dating him for the money.

Grayson has stopped hurting me because jack found out and beat the crap out of him which was quite funny tbh. He's still really rude to me though it really annoys me!

And lastly me and Leo, we've been getting really close lately as friends and had a couple of dates which we're having rn actually.

"So Lexi do you want to go to the beach tomorrow just the two of us?" Leo asks "of course Leo! What time?" I questioned "how's 8:30pm?" He said with a questioning tone. "Yep, that's fine" I reply. "Excuse me can I get the check please" Leo asks the waitress and she response "okay, one second" and winks at Leo which made me roll my eyes.

"Here you go, check the back" she said, and Leo turned it over and scoffed "can't you tell I'm on a date rn and I'm clearly not interested" leo said and payed then we left.

*skip to the next morning*

I woke up this morning remembering that I have a date with Leo at 8:30. I haven't told any of my friends about me and Leo's secret dates yet. Maybe I should tel-

I went to get dressed and wore this:

and headed out. Leni's cafe isn't that far from my house so I decided to walk instead of taking my car. I always wonder how we got all this money cause jack works at small cafe in town but some how we have two cars, one matte black Audi and one jet black Mercedes-Benz mine is the Audi and Jack's is the Mercedes.

Every time I ask jack he tries to change the subject. Our house is quite big too. It's a 4 floor house with 10 bedrooms and 2 master bedrooms with 8 bathrooms and 2 master bath room, 3 kitchens, 3 living rooms, a game room and a movie room. (A/n why can't this be me😭)

And yes I've crossed of the idea of jack being a drug dealer because I got suspicious once and followed him to work a couple of times but he was just working at the cafe.

I guess it will remain a mystery but hey, I'm not complaining.

By the time I finished thinking about my life I arrived at leni's and saw all my friends and Grayson there which made me roll my eyes and walk over.

"Hey guys, what's up" I said and sat in the only seat left which was next to grayson...great! "Hey Lexi we were just gonna ask about the college roomma-" Nancy said but got cut off by my phone going of and it was a text

After I read it I smile and blush which makes my friends look at me confused "who was that Lexi" val asked "umm N-no one" I stutter. "Since when did you go on dates with Leo?" Grayson asks looking at my phone which makes the girls gasp. "Have you ever heard of privacy Grayson" I shouted.

"Alexa Louise Glinisky, how dare you not tell us!!" Nancy shouted "ok wait and hear my explanation then shout at me!" I protested "me and Leo wanted to keep it a secret for a bit because we knew you guys would nag us about it, besides jack said he is okay with it" I exclaimed "okay, okay, we get it but when we're room mates you need to tell me every little detail" val said.

"Wait how do you know we're gonna be room mates?" I ask "I just do" val replies "val there is thousands of people in this college so it could be any one in it" I said and she just smirked and said "okay then". "Guys I have to get ready, Leo is going to pick me up in 2 hours." I said "okay then"

"Im gonna go now, bye guys" I said and we all left

Ethan's POV:

"Guys I'm gonna go home I need to help my mom set up dinner for our guests, bye" Nancy said and we said our goodbyes.

"Guys, we need to go talk to jack about the whole roommate thing like we promised" I said and they nodded and we head off.

*skip ride to Jack's house*

"Hey, jack did you call the college about Alexa's roommate" Valerie asked "I did but they refused to let one of you room with her no matter how much money I give them, because it's unfair on the others, this is absolute bullsh-" jack said but got interrupted by Valerie's phone ringing
