Annabeth's POV
I loved nothing more than to wring Jason's neck and killing him in many ways. But sadly, I can't do that.
Your probably wondering why I want to murder....well he broke one of my friends heart and he has to pay for it. I mean wouldn't you do the exact same thing as I?
Well today was one of those where I saw red and Piper wasn't making it any better. Look I know Piper is one of my friends but she annoys the hell out of me sometimes. And even though I don't like the thought of Reyna dating Jason if he does clean up his crap then I would want Reyna dating him and not Piper. I just feel like Piper will just try to control his entire life.
Anyway I was walking into the luncheon ready to eat some delicious food that'll fill me up. When Reyna passed me she had a shy smile on her face as she talked to Malcom, my half-brother. Automatically I started thinking of how cute they would look together. They were sitting at the praetor table playing something and as I got closer I realized they were playing chess. Reyna was totally kicking my brother's butt. Which was kinda funny considering the fact that my brother boasts about the fact of how he can play chess better than anyone. Except mom of course. I watched the two for a little while longer and couldn't help but over hear what they were talking about.
Malcolm:"Have you seen the new Mercedes car it looks pretty cool."
Reyna:"yeah right the reviews I heard/read we're pretty bad."
Malcolm:"Hmm...that's quite a disappointment."
Reyna:"yeah it was really sucky I gue- checkmate!"
Reyna jumped up with a look of triumph on her face.
Malcolm:"you cheated and I demand a rematch."
Reyna:"over my dead body."
She looked over searching for someone she can use to agree with her when she saw me." Annabeth believes me. Aren't I right Annabeth?"
I simply nodded. Thinking, she does realize that thats my brother right. I did a quick glance at her and realized she did.
Malcolm glared at me before Turing over toward Reyna and saying," I can't believe that you turned my own sister against."
Reyna's reply was the most maturest thing I have had ever seen her do.
She stuck her tongue at him. Malcolm laughed said a quick goodbye to us and left.
Before Reyna sat down I looked her,"Sooo...your crazy over cars huh?"

Jason's Pov
First step was accomplished quite easily after Piper and Leo left. Annabeth and Percy were going to leave soon though, so they weren't staying very long unlike me who was going to be praetor to the Twelfth Legion. Aka meant that I was staying at New Rome and Camp Jupiter. Which brings me to the second step of Operation Cobra. I was going to be Praetor of the Twelfth Legion with Reyna by my side of course as a fellow praetor.
