New beginnings (Percy Jackson abuse story)

Gabe's laugh

"No-"

"Percy hush" said Hades although he wished he didn't. He wished he could just yell like Percy was at the dumb son of a bitch judge who is sending Percy back to that hell hole.

It was silent for an entire minute after the Judge had announced the jury's decision  to  free Gabe.

An entire minute of disbelieving  silence.

"No, no please you don't understand" Percy said. He was panicking. He couldn't go home with Gabe again.
"I- I can't go home with him please"

"And why is that" the judge said suddenly worried. He begun to feel like he had made a terrible mistake.

"No, the court has already ruled, come on Percy don't make this worse for yourself." Said Craig who gestured for Percy to come join them.

But Percy didn't listen to Craig. Instead he walked up to where the judge sat.

Percy looked small and tired.

But not defeated.

Not just yet.

"Please- please I can't go home with him"

"And why is that" the judged asked again.

Percy was silent for a while.

He didn't want to tell anyone.

He never- ever wanted anyone to know.

But would it matter? Would it really matter if he wouldn't be there in just seven short days?

Maybe, but it would mean he wouldn't have to go back to Gabe.

And maybe that was enough.

If only for a while.

He had gotten too far, he had taken too many steps forward to go back to where he came.

And so, he did the only thing he could.

He told the truth, and the entire truth.

"He he he rapped me" Percy said. He spoke quietly yet everyone heard due to the silence of the room.

"Repeatably" percy said  "over and over again. Please you can't make me go home with him, you can't just please-"

Percy cut himself off. He couldn't be a sobbing mess he needed judge to see him to understand him.

"Please- please the proof is all in the medical record, I'm sure of it. Or hear," Percy said as he stuck at his wrist "look, the scars from the wrist burns will be there forever- Please, please I cannot go home with him l-" Percy stopped catching his breath trying to remember all the proof he has. And then suddenly he came to a realization. "There are text. On my phone from a few weeks ago all from him it's prooof just Please I can't go-"

Percy was cut off by Gabe's angered voice. "You little slut"

It was then Percy realized he had made a mistake.

Maybe because of living in Poseidon's house for all thees months with his laid back rules Percy had forgotten Percy's mothers number one rule: don't piss off gabe.

Gabe was by no means skinny.

He was fat but not exactly a lazy fat.

Not like the overweight cop stationed in the court room.

It wasn't exactly hard for Gabe to grab the gun.

It was even less difficult to shoot the security guard and reload the weapon all under a minute.

That was the flaw in a court room, percy knew.

There was only one cop.

With only one gun.

And in this case the cop was dead and Gabe had the gun in a room of unarmed people.

Gabe wasted no time pulling Percy away from the judge and into a corner, putting himself  in a position where everyone could see Gabe and Gabe could see everyone.

"I'll shoot him dont think I won't" Gabe said loudly as he dug the gun into Percy's head, daring anyone to come closer. When no one moved Gabe lowered his voice so that only Percy could hear. "It's been a while percy hasn't it? You know, you could of just kept your big mouth shut and things could of gone back to how they were... well not exactly. Since your mother did kill herself because of you." Gabe said quietly shaking percy a bit before he continued. " I can tell I don't have much time here so I'll make this quick...You know Percy, I was gonna kill you but that's what your sick self wants but, no, no that would make it far to easy on you..... you will always be my good girl percy. No matter what you do you are always gonna be my good girl."

Gabe laughed.

It was a creepy laugh that didn't fit him.

It didn't fit anyone.

It was low and forced.

It echoed on the court room

And silenced by a bullet.

I told you the update would be quick. So now you have another cliff hanger because I'm evil. And the story is beginning to wrap up.
