Laura POV
I ran and ran and ran away from them. From the Lynchs. I bet they were glad because I didn't hear anyone running after me. I tripped and fell flat on my face. I started crying. Again. What is up with me and crying today? I just layed there in the dirt crying. I heard someone approach me. "Laura?" I heard a soft voice and looked up to see Rydel. She pulled me up and hugged me while I cried on her shoulder. "Shhh. It's going to be okay." She cooed while rubbing my back. I wish that was true. We started heading back to the house. Once I entered I was wrapped into a huge hug. Gross. I hated hugs unless I needed them, but Rydel already gave me one. I noticed one person was missing. Ross.
Rydel's POV
I was hurt by Laura, but when she ran out I followed her. She's been through way too much. Once we got home I noticed Laura was looking around. I noticed Ross was missing. I told her he was in her room and she ran into his room. I hope everything was okay...
Ross POV
I heard someone open my door and walk in. I didn't look up. "Ross?" a small voice asked. Laura. I looked up and saw the small girl walking towards me. "I'm so so sorry." she whispered holding back tears, "I'm so sorry, I'll go find a new home so I don't bother you or hurt anyone else's feelings no more." she said about to leave. "Laura you can't go!" I said. She turned around. "I forgive you, I get it, you were just upset." I said as she smiled. I hugged her. I felt her stay frozen for a couple of seconds but hug back. I just found my new crush...
