hi guys my name is anaya but my friends call me nia. I'm 16 years old. I'm an honor roll student. I have alot of great friends and a amazing boyfriend. anyways back to the story.

Dear diary

a month ago today my mom died. it's been really hard on me i miss her so much. It must be on ray to. Even though i don't like him, I know he loved mom that's the only reason I was cool with the marriage.  everyday he tries to connect with me but I'm not letting him in I can't  I can't trust a dad or a man everyone who acted like a father to me left. Heck my real dad left as soon as he found out my mom was pregnant ( Un loyal irresponsible loser ) so I've always hated the idea of a dad father figure what ever and I'm not changing for ray I will not let him in.

suddenly I heard a knock on my door.

Nia it's ray

come in I said rolling my eyes.

" hey I have an emergency meeting at work I'll be back really late, here's my card feel free to go have some fun."

just nia like the rest of the world. I snapped.

" yes" I said starting to tear up.

it was noon so I decided to call my best friend lisha to hang out with me.

While I waited for lisha I watched modern family it always cheers me up.

-doorbell-

" hey bestie" I said hugging lisha

" hey boo"  she said hugging back.

" Can you help me find dome good accessories to go with my outfit for my date" I said.

" sure" she said following me to my room

" ight let me see the outfit nia" lisha said sitting on my bed.

" ok here it is" I said laying the outfit on my bed.

" Your wearing that?" lisha asked as she looked disapprovingly at my outfit.

" Yea what's wrong with it" I asked

" How many dates have you worn this on" she asked

" I don't know 3 or 4 maybe" I shrugged

" 3 or 4 ok obviously it's time to go shopping, when Is he picking you up? "

" Ok we have time  let's go" lisha said grabbing my arm and dragging. me to her car"

- in the car-

" nia did you hear that Andre got tamera pregnant, I'm surprised your still with him". lisha said checking her phone at a red light.

" Everybody know that Christians the father not Andre she's just trying to get money"

" If the baby is his will you break up with him"

" Not if he admits he made a mistake".

" Ahh" lisha said.

- after shipping trip-

" Whew that was exhausting" I said putting my bags on the counter"

" nia it's 5:45" lisha said checking her phone.

" crap I have to get ready" i said rushing upstairs.
