When you are writing, make sure you keep it in the same point of view. When you are writing Kawaii~Chan, and she speaks in third person, keep it that way. In the diary section, you did not use pronouns, but in the second section you did. Make sure when you are writing you do not change what you are doing, so always use pronouns, even when you are in third person. When talking in third person with Kawaii~chan you can also use compound, complex, and compound complex sentences. Example; Kawaii~chan was making cookies in the kitchen, but there was a fire;  now she thinks Aphmau is mad at her. When using compound, complex, and compound-complex it makes the writer look more advanced.
