Turns out that feeling I got was right. The good part of it at least. It was so good, that I started crying. Like bawling, out of happiness.
It was my brother.
Brady. He was here. And he is smiling at me. And he's here.
Imagine my shock walking through the door of the kitchen to see my brother that was supposed to be in jail, standing there talking to Mrs. Ryder.
I'll tell you what happened.

We just got back from eating. Everyone was coming inside.
"Hello? Anyone home?" Kale calls out.
"In the kitchen!" Mrs. Ryder yells back.
I head to the kitchen with everyone trailing behind me.
"Hey Mrs.Ryder? I saw that you called? Is everything okay-" I stop mid-sentence, staring at the oddly familiar looking stranger. "You look really familiar."
He grins. "I sure hope you would remember someone who changed your diapers all those years ago."
My eyes widen and I gasp. I feel my eyes tear up. "Brady?"
He smiles and nods. "It's me lil B."
I shake my head and run over to him squeezing him tight. "I missed you so much. Why did you have to be so stupid?"
He chuckles, "I'm so sorry. I don't know why I did what I did. And I'm sorry for leaving you with that monster."
I smile slightly, "It's alright. You're here now," I pause. "How are you here now?" My jaw drops. "Did you break out?"
He widens his eyes, "No! No. I was released. I was only in for a couple years. Dad didn't tell you?"
I scoffed. "He only spoke to me when he insulted me."
I saw his eyes flash with regret, but anger quickly took over. "I wish I could kill him."
"Amen brother."
I smile and shake my head when Damon spoke up. I saw Brady crack a smile before he straightened his shoulders. I recognized this as him trying to be intimidating. And I can say it works a lot more now because he is a hell of a lot stronger than he was before jail, so he looks more scary.
"And who are you?" He asks Damon.
Damon grins, "Damon, Damon Miller. Nice to meet you."
Brady narrows his eyes. I hear Mrs. Ryder laugh and she walks around over to us. She places a hand on Brady's shoulder. "Calm down, tough guy. It's not him you should worry about. I think my son has placed his claim on our little Bradley."
My eyes almost fell out of my head. I whip around and Jess was smirking at me along with everyone else. I gulp, "What-What are you talking about?"
She scoffs, "What do you think I'm an idiot? I know Kale better than anyone. I know when he likes someone and when he doesn't."
Jeez. Mom's really do know everything. I just hope she didn't know everything.
"Kale."
I see Kale visibly gulp, "Brady."
Brady smiles and pulls Kale into a hug. I smile at the two, but immediately frown when I see Kale's eyes widen and he nods.
I narrow my eyes, when Kale pulls away and gulps. Brady probably said something to him. I just sigh and turn to my friends.
