Phase one: Part 3

"So my noumu is currently being chained in the Fire idiot's office?" Tomura asked incredulously.

Sitting in the dingy old bar again. Tomura angrily decayed the glass he was holding. Of all things, his noumu was stuck under the stupid heroes.

Midoriya nodded.

"God damn it, I didn't expect noumu to be captured, I even gave them the signal to retreat, just how strong is this Endeavor guy."

"He's the second best hero, Tomura"

"Brat you didn't need to tell me that, I knew it too"

Midoriya rolled his eyes, Tomura was such a dimwit at times.

"Oh well, we would just need to utilize noumu to attack Endeavor."

Midoriya's eyebrows raised.

"Do you have a plan, Tomura?"

Midoriya trudged along the halls of Endeavor's office. He was still recovering from the blow the previous day, and he wasn't in the best mood possible.

"Midoriya"

Oh god, not you again.

"What do you want. Todoroki."

Midoriya didn't use his usual greeting of "Todoroki-kun" .What could he say, he was too tired today.

His short and curt reply didn't affect the pro hero though. As he walked up to Midoriya. Midoriya couldn't help but feel his heart beat a little bit faster.

"My father would like to see you."

Endeavor?

Midoriya couldn't suppress the shock on his face. His eyes widened as he lifted his head to face Todoroki.

He probably looked like a wounded animal, and he hated it.

"I'll... I'll go see him then."

"Wait, I'll escort you, I want to see what my old man wants to say to you."

Midoriya scowled, as he walked to Endeavor's office with Todoroki in front of him.

That Todoroki, I never know what's going inside him.

Is it always that difficult to crack open someone's shell?

They stopped outside a large door, Midoriya didn't miss the unhappiness on Todoroki's face as he knocked on his father's door. The door opened, and a fiery figure stood before them.

"Izuku Midoriya, come on in."

Sitting on the couch, Midoriya and Todoroki sat on the couch whilst Endeavor sat opposite them.

Is it supposed to be intimidating, because I'm actually scared.

"So Midoriya, you were the first person that managed to make contact with the beast, may I know how you do that?"

Oh god.

Midoriya put on his good boy smile.

"Sir, I'm sorry, but I didn't know I could too, I just wanted to help, so I went near the beast in hopes it would react."

Todoroki cast a side glance at Midoriya.

"Oh, so I see, well then since you are our only lead I suppose... as the boss of this office, I authorize you permission to visit the beast on your accord for the sole purpose to gather more intelligence on the beast."

"If any of us catch you doing anything suspicious, we will cut you down with no hesitation."

Midoriya gulped.

"S..s..sure."

Well things took an interesting turn.

"Old man, are you sure it's a good idea to let this boy have so much authority" Todoroki retorted.

Oh, shut up.

"Todoroki, I believe this young man can and would bring results to us."

Midoriya took awhile to digest the look on Todoroki's face. He looked angry for once, with his eye twitching, and teeth grinding. Before returning to his cool demeanor. It amazed Midoriya, amusingly.

Endeavor passed the keys to unlock the glass panel blocking the chained noumu.

"You may leave."

"Thank you, sir."

Midoriya stood up to leave the office, not bothering about the silent Todoroki that followed behind him. Before Midoriya knew, he vanished.

Midoriya fingered the slightly rusty keys while sitting on his chair, pondering how to give Tomura's plan a boost.

"Hey Izuku, I have a plan.'"Tomura smiled, his chaffed lips cracking.

He suddenly felt like he could do something.
