"Raven!" Mom shouts. I wake up, my vision is blur and I see my mom standing in front of my face. (To be honest I almost peed in my pants, she scared me.) "I'm up mom." I say sleepily. "Get up, brush your teeth and go and make breakfast, we didn't ask for room service but they'll come clean after us so you don't need to make the bed." She says. I get up, clean myself up and head to the kitchen. I mix the pancake batter and I wake Mel and Kay up as I wait for the stove to get hot.

I make blueberry and chocolate pancakes. Kay lives blueberry pancakes and that's why I made those. I wake dad up because the pancakes are almost ready. "I'll be there soon." He says. I leave his room and head back to the kitchen where the girls have already taken out the plates. I smile and put some pancakes on their plates and in dads plate.

Dad enters the kitchen and he looks at the pancakes. He takes the juice to the dining area and the girls follow him with their plates in their hands. I follow them with dads plate and two glasses in the other hand. I put those down and then head back to the kitchen to fetch two more glasses. We eat our breakfast.

Kay and Mel had about four pancakes each. "I'm done." Mom informs us. Dad has already showered. Kay, Mel and I need to shower. "Kay and Mel, you guys go. I'll clear the table so long." I say to my sisters who have just finished their breakfast. "There are some pancakes in the pan for you." I tell my mom. She smiles and nods. I clear the table and put the dishes in the sink.

I head to my room and take out a pair of black jeans and the pink T-shirt that Dee bought for me. And a pair of sneakers. The girls are done and I take a quick shower. I put my clothes on and I'm ready. "Mom." I call her. She doesn't respond, she appears at my room after two minutes. I point at my hair. She smiles and nods. She ties my hair into a neat bun.

We check out and mom pays the bill. Dad and I put the luggage in the trunk. The girls are already in the car. I join them, dad waits for mom to finish. "How you feeling?" Kay asks me. I smile "I'm good, why you asking?" I ask. "Because we could see that you didn't want to move but you did any way." Mel says. "I had to,mom need us to be strong for her." I respond casually. They nod. I love these girls. They are always asking questions and they care about peoples feelings.

Mom and dad enter to car and dad is still going to be the driver today. He drives off. I plug in my headsets and listen to my music. Kay and Mel are sleeping. I text Dee.

Me: We still on the way.

Dee: That's nice, hope you guys arrive soon and safely.

Me: Jay called ne yesterday night. Long story cut short. He told me that he loves me and I told him that I also love him but as a friend and I see him as a brother not a boy that I can fall in love with.

Dee: That's hectic, hey. Get lost, shut the front door.

Me: Yeah I know. I think he's hurting so please check on him.

Dee: Will do.

Me: Thanks a lot Dee, you the best.

Dee: Pleasure. ^_^

Dee it that friend that I ask for advice and she never judges me and she never tells anyone about my problems. She always has a solution for every situation that I throw in her face. I thank God for her.

'If your lips are movin
If you lips are movin
Then you lie lie lie baby

Me: Hello Amber

Amber: Hello, how you doing?!

Me: I'm good, just tired. Tell Dee to let you in on what I told her.

Amber: okay I will. I think you need to rest so I call you later. Bye.

She hangs up and I put How long by Charlie Puth. And decide to sleep. After a four hour drive we stop at a garage. "Do you guys want McDonald's or Pizza?" Mom asks from the front seat. Mel and Kay look at each other and nod. Why are they nodding? None of them spoke. And then they shout in unison "McDonalds!"

My parents laugh and I giggle. They can communicate without talking that's good. They also giggle. My family is one of the craziest but I love them and we care for each other. Dad gives mom some money and she exits the car. "Raven" Dad calls me to get my attention. I take my head phones off and look at him. "How have you been?" He asks. He's the one who always want to know how people are feeling. He is caring, he wouldn't kill and ant that's how nice and caring he is.

I think that Mel and Kay got that from him. He never does something to hurt other peoples feelings. He's the caring type and I love him. "I've been good dad, thanks." I say with a smile. He has been worried about the fact that I didn't want to move and sad about leaving my friends behind.

After twenty minutes mom come back with food her hands. She couldn't open the door so I opened the door for her. She gave each one a burger, fries and cool drink. Mel and Kay got kiddies meal, they don't eat much. We ate in silence. I finished my food first. "I'm going to buy some sweets." I inform them. More specifically mom and dad. "I want some. Please" Kay says. "Come with." I respond. She exits the car after me. I turn to face Mel.

"Don't you want to come?!" I ask her. She just shakes her head. I nod. Mel loves Maynard's so I'm going to buy her a packet. Kay wants to buy chocolates and sweets so I told her that it would be better if we bought one big packet to share. So she bought a chocolate, so did I and the packet to share and Mel's Maynard's. I pay for the goods and we headed back to the car. "Here you go." I give Mel the Maynard's. She smiles and thanks me.

"Ready to go?!" Dad asks. We respond with a yes. And some giggles. Dad drives off after I have cleared the car and put all the dirt and placed it in to the dustbin that was just outside the car. I think we'll be there soon. I think, if we drove through the night, we would have been there by now.

We drive for another twenty minutes and then mom started to get excited. "And then?!" I asked. She looked at me with the 'duh' look. "We almost there." She responded excitedly. I nodded.

"Home sweet home!" Mom shouts excitedly again. We stop in front of this two-storey house. It is painted peach and white. It even has a pool. Oh My I'm loving this. "Wait til you see the interior." Dad says. I smile. I think that I'm excited about the move now. But not too excited. I'm going to have to make new friends now and get used to being in Clifton View.
