Misery loves company is what I called the constant pain in my back and ankles, there was quite a few things I'd given up as my pregnancy progressed; pants I was strictly wearing sun dresses they were the only things that fit comfortably and I didn't feel suffocated in. Insensible shoes, which happened to be most of mine I would sometimes stare at them waiting for the days where my feet were no longer swollen. As the days went on I was finding it harder and harder to breathe literally speaking a few words had me huffing and puffing, the heartburn was still real but that was my fault I was refusing to give up certain foods that caused it but they were just so yummy in the moment. Even with all the things I was facing I would gladly accept it all including the 35 lb weight gain again, just watching my children move around in my belly was both the weirdest but the greatest thing that had happened to me. I was already so madly in love with the things and as the days went on that grew more and more. I was so happy that we did find a beautiful home and after putting our offer in the next day the owner agreed, everything after that moved quickly we did the inspection and the house was in perfect condition and ready to move into. Luckily during Thanksgiving at the Basile my in laws aka Jacqueline and Giselle asked if they could decorate the house and I happily agreed I knew it was something they loved to do, and after being in their homes quite a few times I knew they would do it justice and bring my vision to life.
"Oh wow how many weeks are you?" The woman in the drink aisle asked pointing to my protruding belly, I just wanted to get my orange juice and get out.
"30 as of yesterday." I rubbed my belly placing the juice in my cart, I was really craving steak for dinner.
"Wow," Out of the corner of my eye I could see her lifting up her arm reaching toward me, I quickly turned away.
"Yup, well have a great day." I walked away shaking my head; it wasn't the first some stranger tried to touch my bump. I never understood why they thought that was okay it was weird as hell.
Christmas was right around the corner and my baby shower would be in January and I wasn't ready for either of them although I didn't have to do much.I was happy that Christmas would be taking place at James' house this year all I had to do was show up and eat and that was pretty much what I was going to do for my baby shower.
"Bash do we have potatoes?" I questioned leaning on the cart trying to catch my by breathe as I stood in front of the potatoes in question.
"I'm not sure, but the way you've been eating them I'd probably get more." Sebastian chuckled I knew he was currently at work but this was important.
"You're right. Okay we are having Steak from dinner, but I don't want to go home right away so I'm going to come and visit you then go to the butcher. Is that okay?" I pouted even though he couldn't see me.
"Yeah I have a meeting in 20 minutes, you can sit in my office until I'm done then we can go out for lunch." I nodded happy I didn't have to wait until tonight to see my man. Being around him made my soul happy, and the same went for the twins when he was around they seemed more active. We said our goodbyes and I head to the checkout I was glad I didn't get any perishable this trip.

"I really hope your grandma makes Sfogliatella, because I've been craving it something fierce." I spoke to the twins as I twisted around in Sebastian's chair. "Ugh, I don't really want to make a dish but I shouldn't go empty handed so maybe I'll make banana pudding? Or maybe peach cobbler? Actually no that's too time consuming." I ponder thinking of easy delicious desserts I could make for CHristmas.
"You know you don't have to make anything, I think being pregnant gets you a pass since everyone is going to be rubbing all up on your belly." I jumped at the sound of Sebastian's voice I hadn't even heard him come in. Making his way over to me he helped pull me up pulling me into his arms swiftly. "This is awkward huh?" I nodded as he pulled away, I leaned up and kissed him on him all over his face.
"Did you miss me?" He gently caressed my face until leaning down and placing a soft kiss on my lips, right as he tried to pull away I gripped him by his belt pulling him as close as possible. He took the sign as he started to kiss me more deeply causing me to smile. After a few intense seconds of making out I had to pull away. Having twins pushing up on your lungs really ruined some romantic make out moments.
Sebastian lead me to the couch in his office so I could be off my feet and catch my breathe.
"I always miss you." I said once I could properly speak and didn't feel like I was going to pass out. "How was your meeting?"
"I won't bore you with that stuff. Come on let's go get you and the babies some food." He got up helping me up if he didn't it would take me about 30 whole seconds to get off the couch by myself if not longer.
"Okay but once we get there I want to hear all about it." I smiled as our hands intertwined I waved at Heather as we passed her desk heading to the elevator.

"So you know my grandmother is coming down right?" I sighed nodding my head, Giselle had let it slip during one of our phone calls.
"Yup, I'm not worried, I think we are on okay terms don't you?" I mean we still weren't buddy buddy but she did hug me at our wedding so I thought we were okay.
"Yeah, yeah of course. I just didn't want you to be blind sighted or anything."
"Well if she come at me sideways I just bump her with my belly and she'll fall shattering into a million pieces." I said causing Sebastian to sputter a bit of spit to coming out of his mouth. "Gross," I laughed handing my him a napkin.
"So we just gonna pretend like you didn't just say what you did?" He stared at me longingly, I swear I would never get over that.
"What did I say dear husband?" I batted my eyelashes, he didn't say anything causing my smile to get bigger. "Though so anyways my love-oh" I pushed the chair back Sebastian rushing over to my side in seconds. "I'm ohh" I breathed out deeply feeling "ahh ha, this braxton hicks is too much." I smiled as Sebastian handed me my water a annoyed look on his face.
"Have you been drinking water?" He raised his eyebrows and I looked away. "Baby you gotta drink more water you know the doctor said when you are dehydrated you are more likely to experience the braxton hicks."
"Go sit down, and I drink enough. I already pee like eighty times a day and drinking a shit ton of water is going to make it worse at that point I might as well push a mattress into the bathroom and live in there." I whined "Is that what you want? For me to become a bathroom troll?" I said seriously rubbing my big belly.
"No but I want you and the babies to be at optimal health so please at least 64 ounces a day?" He asked his beautiful eyes looking into mine, I looked down at his waiting hand stretched across the table.
I placed mine into his waiting hand a look of playful annoyance on my face "Fine, 64 ounces a day. Now let go please I see the waitress coming over with the food." We both laughed as he kissed my hand before letting it go. "Also if you aren't too tired can you braid my hair when we get home?" I put my hand on my face putting on the most innocent face I could.
"You ask your lady to do her hair once and she take advantage of you and your skills." He chuckled shaking his head thanking the waitress as she dropped our food off in front of us.
I raised my brow "Skills? Hey you are the one who wanted to learn for our children, and you are getting exactly what you wanted; children and practice and you know what they say practice makes perfect." I smiled as he sighed knowing I won picking up my fork I took a victory bite of my coconut chicken curry.
