Btw, Gemini does actually have a personality disorder in this.

((also this will be the last one shot I put into this book..and I don't know if I'll make a second book or not..so..))

gemini's pov.

From a first glance, you wouldn't think that I was anything out of the ordinary. From a first glance, you wouldn't think there is anything wrong with me. From a first glance, you wouldn't think that I am not one, but two people. From a first glance, you wouldn't think of any of these things. You would just think I was a normal and ordinary boy just living his life as one person, and that would be where you were wrong. I am practically the living embodiment of the phrase "two halves of a whole", for you see, I'm not just one person, I am two, and these two people are who I refer to as "the twins", for they are identical (I've seem them before). These polar opposites are what make me..me. Without them, I wouldn't even be here. I wouldn't be who I am today.

When I was little, everyone thought the twins were just something I had made up in my imagination, though as I grew older, they decided that there was something wrong with me. My parents took me from place to place, doctor to doctor, trying to figure out what was "wrong with me". Finally, they came to the conclusion that I had something called "split personality" or "identity disorder" for that was the most logical reason.

For a very long time I thought that there was actually something wrong with me, that I actually had this disorder, but I soon came to the conclusion that, no, I did not really have this disorder, that there is actually two people who live within me and what make me, me. I wasn't crazy, I wasn't crazy at all, but that's what people kept telling me, and what they kept making me feel like.

When my family decided to move, and I realized that I would be going to a new school, I decided to keep this..thing..a secret, considering I didn't want to be called crazy anymore, I didn't want to feel like I was truly insane all the time. I decided I would start a new life, a new life as a normal person, and someone who was not literally two halves of a whole.

- Present Day -

Today couldn't possibly get any worse. I just agreed to letting my best friend - and only friend - come stay the night at my house. You may be wondering 'why is that so bad?' well I'll tell you why, no one knows about the twins, not even my best friend of 2 years, and its already hard enough keeping it from people at school for eight hours straight, imagine how hard it'll be to keep it a secret for twenty-four hours straight! I was honestly not prepared for this whatsoever. What if I let it slip? What if one of the twins just decides to randomly come out? He's gonna think I'm crazy! But I can't back out of this now, no. I already told him he could stay, I can't just tell him he all of a sudden can't stay, now can I?

It was currently the end of the school day and I was standing right outside the doors, waiting for my lovely best friend to walk right out of them so we could go. I really hope he doesn't notice how nervous I am, I hope he doesn't notice how shaky and jittery my hands and legs are.

"Hey, Gem!"

The booming sound of my best friends voice knocked me out of my worrisome thoughts. I looked up to see him standing right in front of me, smiling that gorgeous smile of his. "Hey, Aries." I replied back softly, smiling right back at him.

"You ready to go?"

I just softly nodded my head and started walking, gesturing with my hand for him to follow me. I wasn't really that big of a talker, always afraid one of the twins might randomly pop up at any moment. I continued to walk in the direction of my home, Aries right behind me. We kept on walking in silence till we finally made it to my home, it wasn't that far from the school.
