Basically Hanahaki Disease is where flowers grow in you lungs if you love someone who doesn't live you back. When you find out they don't love you back, you start to cough up the petals, and the only way they can be removed is through dangerous surgery or if the person you love starts to love you back.
I thought it was cool- *shrug*
It's fictional, though, so nothing to worry about :,3
