The next week was normal, and went by fast. Summer was ticking away and Wills feelings only got stronger.

Today, Mike and him were alone by the lake skipping rocks.

"So Will." Mike pauses.

"So Mike..." Will says, wanting the other to continue.

"Do you like anyone yet?" Mike asked. He knew the answer, he really did. And he felt so guilty too.

"Yes. I do." Will skips another rock on the water, watching it bounce 4 times.

"Is it me?" Mike asked.

Wills cheek go unbelievably red.

"I-I can't say." He whispered.

Mike couldn't take it anymore.

"I know you like me Will, I read your diary." Mike said, turning towards Will.

Wills eyes go wide, the color fading just as far as it came.

"H-How far?" He asked.

"Day one to Friday last week."

Will simply stood up, getting mad.

"That wasn't for you to read Mike? That's my life! It's none of your business!" He raised his voice.

"Well if you're gonna keep talking about m-"

"No, it does not give you a right!" Will wiped his eyes.

"I thought you were my friend Mike, friends don't lie though!" He says before running off.

Mike tried following but he was stopped by Dustin and Lucas.

"What did you do Will?"
