As an author, I seem to have a thing for Pod People. I have at least two completed short stories, one already published and another making the rounds, in which some kind of body snatching features as an essential part of the plot. That doesn't sound like a lot unless you get to see how frequently it shows up in my unfinished drafts, too. Is it a problem? Is it disturbing? I don't know. It's a thing.
Anyway, add one to the pile.
