Chapter 10: Unfinished Business

I wake up seeing that Nathan is still asleep so I quietly and quickly get out of bed but as soon as I get up I'm pulled back down by Nathan." Good morning sunshine". He says and kisses me on my forehead." Morning." I say trying to get out of his grasp." Are you trying to get away from me?" He asks while pouting." No I... just needed to get comfortable." "You are a very bad liar you know that?" He says raising an eyebrow." I know but I am good at this." I flip over on top of the bed getting out of his grasp and run to the bathroom.

"That was close" I think and step into the shower. When I get out of the shower I wrap myself in a towel and quietly walk into the bedroom to grab my clothes." I hope no one sees my scars" I think and grab a green shirt with sleeves that say " Just the right amount of wrong on it, some jeans, and black sneakers.

When I walk back to the bathroom I see that someone's in their. Damn it. I wait until they come out and it's Jay. I quickly rush into the bathroom and close they door. I change and walk out to see Jay standing their arms crossed. Uh oh." What was that all about Skylar?' He asks but I don't reply. I just walk downstairs, grab an apple, and sit on the couch in between Tom and Nathan." Hey Ashley can I talk to you?" Nathan asks and I nod my head.

As we were walking upstairs I see Kelsey crying." Hold on one minute" I say and rush downstairs." Tom what the hell did you do to Kelsey?" I said with anger." What? What's wrong with her?" He asks with confusion." Go upstairs and see" I said and walked back upstairs even though Tom ran up their and entered their room.

I follow Nathan into our room." What is this about?" I asked when Nathan took my hand." Well, now that we're a you know couple I need to ask you properly." Skylar, will you go out with me?" He asked pretty nervously." Nathan, I would love to go on a date with you." "YES I-I mean yeah, yeah cool uh pick you up at around seven?" He asked smoothly." Yeah but where are we going?" "It's a surprise" he said and walk casually out of the door until I saw him jump in the air like a maniac." Ok crazy person you can stop that" I said and laughed." You uh, you saw that?" "Mhm" I said and walked downstairs.

                                     Skip time to 5:30 PM

I took a quick shower, got a blue sort of short dress, and put mascara, lipstick, eyeliner, and foundation on. I also wore gloves to hide my scars. While I was walking down I saw two camera men taking pictures of me." Excuse me, ever heard of privacy!" I say and close the door.

It's now seven ohhhhh I'm so nervous. What if he bails? I'll be al loner that sits on the bed all night waiting for your boyfriend to get you. But then the door opens revealing Nathan with a tuxedo on, his hair spiked up and I love it, and black dress shoes. He look handsome. I mean REALLY handsome.

                                  NATHAN'S P.O.V

When I saw her in that dress my eyes pooped out of my head and my jaw dropped. She looked so beautiful. I mean SO beautiful." You look amazing" I say as I take her hand." As do you Nathan." She says and we get in the car.

I took her to this fancy restaurant that was really decorated. I hope she likes this. I put her in her seat and we order some wine for a drink. When the wine comes I pour her some and me some and we talk." So what's your family like?" She asked." Oh they're good I have my mom and my sis Jess." "Oh that's nice." She said and it gets really quiet until the waiter comes to order our food," We'll have the fettuccine please." " The food will be here soon" he said and walked off.

                                        ASHLEY'S P.O.V

"Nathan! I'm so hungry, I thought they said it will be here SOON!" I whine." Skylar, Its been ten minutes and the food is coming see." He points to our food." Oh thank god." I say when the food gets here. We eat the food and pay." This was a lot of fun Nathan." " Oh It's not over yet." He says and blindfolds me." Nathan where are we going?" I ask." You'll see." Then he takes the blindfold off and we were at the beach." Nathan......It's beautiful." I say as we walk along the shore." It is isn't it?" He says and I giggle at that.

As we were walking along the beach I noticed a person coming towards us. He had an orange jumpsuit on and looked kind of like.........dad." Nathan, we have to go now." I say pointing to my dad and when he sees him he freezes. I grab his hand and run. Dad was now chasing us. I was terrified, Nathan then came back to reality and ran with me to the car and we drove off. I was starting to sob and Nathan pulled me into his chest. While we were driving I just knew he would follow us so I told Nathan to speed up and he did.

When we got to the house we ran and locked all of the doors." What's going on mate?" Siva asks." H-he's back. My dad is here." I sobbed." Boys get your weapons we are having company soon!" Siva yells." Who?" Jay asks along with the boys." Skylar's dad."
