Imagine...

You walk faster, dodging people in the crowd and looking back once in a while, making sure he doesn't follow you.

You let out sigh of relief and slowly walk to your favourite cafe. The familiar figure standing near the door makes you groan.

Seokjin just smiles and waves at you.

"I knew you were going to this place." he says and you turn around.

The sound of his footsteps is coming closer and you don't even bother to fasten up your pace, because you know he will catch up with you anyway.

"Y/N." he calls your name and grabs your arm.

"Why are you so sad today?" he asks and you start to feel guilty for being mean to him.

Seokjin cares a lot about you and would do anything just to see you smile.

Both of you walk towards a bench and sit down. "He likes someone else..." you say and Seokjin immediately knows who you're talking about.

You have had a crush on one of your friends for months but it turns out that he's madly in love with someone else.

"Y/N... I'm sorry." Seokjin puts his arm around you and pulls you closer to him, so can lay your head on his shoulder.

"It's okay. Maybe it's not meant to be. One day, a guy will come and he'll make you feel like the happiest person in the universe." he tries to comfort you but the tears still roll down your cheeks.

"Jin, you don't know how it feels..." you trail off.

For as far as you know, Seokjin has never had a crush on someone.

"Trust me, I know exactly how it feels." he whispers.

"I have watched someone I love get treated badly for years. I've seen her fall in love with different guys, but never with me. And I know how much it hurts, so I don't want you to feel the same way." he says and you stay in silence.

"She is my best friend and someone I can rely on. I want her so badly but I can't confess because I don't want to lose her or the great friendship that we share." he continues.

"I love you okay, you're my best friend and I am nagging because I care about you." Seokjin quickly says as he prays that you'll get the hint, because he's talking about you.
