Chapter Two - Date

    Ace held me close and I leaned against his chest, closing my eyes. He smiled and kissed my forehead. "Hey.. Ace..?" I asked softly. "Whats up?" I looked up at Ace, curiosity in my eyes. "Are... are we like.. a couple...? I wouldnt... mind that..." My voice trailed off at the end. "I guess so. Do you want that?" Ace asked me. I nodded and hugged him. He hugged back and smiled. "Mine." He said softly. "Yours," I started to say. "All yours." I leaned up and kissed him softly. As Ace kissed back I thought of something. "Hey Ace. How about we go on a date sometime? I know a café in town." He blushed slightly but nodded. "When do you wanna do that?" He asked. "I was thinking sometime later in the week, maybe. Is that okay with you?" He smiled and held me close. "Everything is okay when it's with you." I blushed and smiled, leaning against his chest.

    I walked to town and waited for Ace to show up. I was wearing whatever humans called 'casual wear'. Basically a t-shirt and jeans. I had part of my hair tied back. I had forgotten how long it was.. Anyways. Just as I was about to head inside the cafe, I saw Ace. He walked up to me and smiled. I held his hand and led him inside. We sat at a table and looked at what to order. But nobody showed up so we could order something. A few minutes passed and somebody walked up to us. I looked up at them. "What are you doing here? Your scaring everybody!" I was confused.. "Are you demons or something? Get out!!!" More people started screaming. Eventually I broke and ran out to the lake, crying.
