I stepped out on the deck. It's been a week since we left Enchantia and no clue to where Syrena is. We went Iron Fist Village and while rampaging each tavern while breaking every bone one man spoke out and said she was asking for a pirate. When I asked, grabbing the man's shirt towards me with deadly eyes, he told me everything about this Captain Rayleigh Hook, one of the Three Pirate Kings of the sea.

Never heard such a man nor the Three Pirate Kings of the Sea. I travel on the ocean but never pay attention to other people's business except for my mission. Before the Wed for Love was lifted after seeing my older brother Matthias and his wife Ella went through, my father had sent us brothers to meet our betroth. My betrothed was the youngest daughter of the Zakarian Tribe. A tribe located on the Dark Continent of the world filled with exotic and mysterious creatures and nature life lead to a small village with good-looking men and women who all look alike from their white-golden hair, pale-blue eyes and a tiny bud gem on their forehead said to be their life force. I only learned of the Zakarian from Nicholas and his books, and I never knew our father know of these people. Our Father traveled a lot in search of that one particular person he might have stumbled upon the Zakarians and made some deal with them to have two children of each to be wed.

While residing in their tribe for three days learning their ways and getting to know the people. Ahri taught me a lot about the culture, the food, the area, and hunting; she even taught me how to make herbs into medicine. Ahri was a lovely girl, and anyone would love to make her a wife but with the situation with Father's law not to marry for love but for power I had no choice but to obey him. Kaverian's men always follow and respect the leader's decision, and I must follow, or I kill myself to disrespect my leader and my father's command. Ahri and her people never believe war is the answer to have both sides to think the same. I'm a Kaverian warrior we always think of war and winning but to have a wife by my side who believes of peace would be hard to deal with.

Never in my life meeting the Tribe leader's daughter, Ahri. She was a beautiful woman, and honestly, I was planning to marry her because not only the Zakarian are peaceful people they are best in marksmanship and tracking, but their land contains a mineral called Okani Leafi Ona known as the Jewel of Life. The Jewel of Life, Ahri told me it could bring back the dead once every 100 years, kept inside a sacred underground cave ruling with species of monsters to whom the Zakarians as their friends. I was curious to what a small accessory can do to bring back someone who just lost their life, Ahri didn't hesitate and brought me to the cave and showed me the jewel that her people worship and highly protective. In the center, a large floating rock as it's platform set surrounded by hot molten lava and unusual creatures lurks within the cave prevents people from stealing the jewel, as I follow Ahri she summoned a pathway made out smaller platforms to have us cross. I saw in close view of the Jewel of Life; it's visible once Ahri extends her hand through the tree as if not stable and then brought it out. In her hand was a leaf.  At first, I was confused and before I said something to offend Ahri the leaf suddenly started to glow and transform into a prominent jewel that sparkles before my eyes. Ahri explained with one who finds the Jewel of Life would be just an ordinary leaf but with the purest heart can see it change in a blink of an eye. Then I guess I had the purest heart when I obsessed with winning but always think of my men before my own.

I lean my body forward, rest my arms on the bridge of the ship letting the wind guide me to where Syrena has gone. As the sun sets leaving the sky with a pinch of red and orange, I thought about Syrena. If my Father hadn't lifted the law of my brothers and me from marrying for love, I wouldn't have met Syrena. My life would be with Ahri and my wife. Luckily that didn't happen. Ahri was a very kind and gentle woman I'd met, but my heart doesn't belong to her.
