Chap6

Jade's POV

I ran in the house and got ready. I had no idea what to wear. I decided to just go with something pretty yet casual. I wore a loose patterned flowing spaghetti strap crop top with capri jeans and some cute sandals. I took my hair out of my sock bun curled the ends, and changed my makeup to a smokey look . I had to look good because I also had to keep in mind winter formal was the week after Christmas break and I needed a date.

I hear my phone go off, it's probably Jack J

JackJack J: are you ready I'm coming in 5 mins.

Me: yeah I'm ready

Jack G's POV

This party was great. I was having a great time people were dancing on the deck outside and in the living room. There was food and drinks everywhere. I usually don't drink but why not tonight. This was a big party. But I wasn't going to get crazy drunk either. I look around and I see Jack walking out the door I go a stop him to ask him where he is going.

"Hey Jack! Wait where are you going?" I asked

"Ohh I am going I get Jade she got out of dance and everything is just getting started." He answered.

"Oh nice." I said "Alright I will be right back!" He responded

"Hey wait uh Jack can I come for the ride to pick her up with you?" I asked he probably thought I was crazy because he took a second to answer.

"Umm yeah I guess if you want. I don't think Jade will mind."

"Alright let me just go tell Grace, so she doesn't wonder where I am!" I said as I walked to find her. "Okay meet me at my car outside." Jack J answered

I walk to go find Grace and she I talking to some guy named Mike I've seen around before in school. She sees me and it looks like I caught her off guard for some reason. I walk to meet her and I begin to say, "I'm going somewhere with Jack real quick I'll be back babe" I said winking and giving her a quick kiss. She just nodded and went back to talking to Mike.

I went outside to go meet Jack in the car.

Jack J's POV

I went to go leave to go get Jade. I am happy she coming because she will have a great time and I know it. So I was walking out the door and Jack asked to come with me to get her. I wasn't going to say no but he has been weird lately.

I wait in the car while he tells Grace he coming with me to get Jade. He comes outside to my car 3 mins later. He gets in and we drive to go and get Jade.

Jade's POV

I see Jack J's car pull up outside. I grab my purse and say goodbye to my mom and run out the door. I walk to the car smile and wave at Jack and then I see that Jack G is in the passenger seat with him. Why the hell is picking me up with him? Why would he wanna leave the party to get me.

I open the door and say hey not saying it to either one of them kind of just saying it in general. Jack J says "Hey Jade! You look nice." I responded saying "Thanks, so how is the party going so far!"

"It's going really good I'm glad you going." Jack J says

Jack G hasn't said anything to me. Which I excepted anyway after our awkward exchange of glances in the hall earlier today.

We sat saying nothing only the faint sound of the song "Sing" by Ed Sheeren playing in the background.

Until Jack G said something to me and I almost jumped out the back window because I was not excepting it.
