Finding Me Again- Jack Gilinsky fan -fic

Chap2

I get in my car and make my way to Westside. I'm am known at school for being on the dance team and always getting the highest grades in my class.

I park my car and walk to my locker. I have math first period with Jack G and Jack J. It's a little weird because we all sit together but we all don't talk.

I go to my locker and I see Jack with Grace out of the corner of my eye.

She's yelling at him.

I don't understand why he lets her treat him like that.

"How could you forget Jack." Grace pouts

"You know that I have plans with Jack every Wednesday." he says

She gives him a puppy dog face and he gives in.

"Fine I'll cancel with Jack but only this one time."

She kisses him in a sarcastic way and says "Thanks Babe!" It makes my stomach cringe.

I close my locker and walk past them into my class.

I go to take my seat and Jack J is already sitting in his seat. My seat is right next to his.

"Hey"

"Hey Jade"

Jack G walks in and I pull out my phone.

I hear Jack G mumbling to Jack J about canceling for Wednesday so he can make Grace happy and go to her game unless she will be pissed.

"I don't know why you put up with that Jack." Jack J says

"I don't put up with it she's my girlfriend and it's her game,and I know she would do the same Jack!"

"Fine whatever dude, but fans are gonna start getting mad we haven't put up anything in a while. They depend on us."

Jack G shrugged and sighed.

Then I got a text from Jack J

Jack Jack J: is he kidding. He's letting her get into his head ever since they have been dating.

Me: i know it's okay he will eventually realize

Jack Jack J: I hope so because she soo controlling of him

I read it and looked at him and went back to paying attention to what was happening in math.

It was finally 2:00pm time for me to go home.

I drove home and my mom was home

"Hey mom"

"Hi sweetheart, how was your day?"

"Fine"

And with that I walked up to my room .

I get a text from Mallory

We talk sometimes and I mean we are close because she's dating Jack J. They are so cute! We hang out sometime but usually as a big group or a parties.

Mallory: hey girl! there's a party on Friday night Jack J told me to text you and let you know we are going at 8! let me know if you wanna carpool!

I text her back

Me: thanks I'll let you know ASAP!

I start to get ready for dance. My usual Monday night routine. I dance on a competition team in and out of school so I'm always busy with it all the time. It consumes my life but I would be nothing without it.

" Nice job Jade! Your Solo is really looking amazing." Ms.Allie ,my dance teacher said.

"Thanks I can't wait to perform it! I am a little nervous though." I say

"Well do you want to add in an extra rehearsal? Competition is next week."

"Yeah I do actually" I responded

"Okay how about Friday?" My teacher says

"Okay sounds good! What time?" I ask

"8-9:30 sound okay?"

I took a second to answer trying to think if I had anything planned and then I remembered the party.

I guess I had to text Mallory I couldn't go because this is so important to me. I am used to giving up things for dance I have all my life.

"Yeah that's fine" I answer

"Okay see you Friday" Ms.Allie says.

I get in my car and I text Mallory

Me: hey Mallory I'm not gonna be able to make it to the party Friday with you guys I have dance.

She replies within a minute.

Mallory: okay girl it's okay we'll miss you!

I was kinda sad about missing this party because I haven't gone to one all of senior year because of dance and school.
