Chapter 18- Golden Knight

Ace didn't wait for the guard to respond. He forcefully entered the deepest part.

The guard once again blocked Ace's path. Even though he is a little afraid of Ace, he can only gritted his teeth and must have to act because if he will not then he will be facing a punishment.

"Halt your step!"

The guard draw his sword and pointed it to Ace but the latter didn't paid him any attention at all. He only clench his hand and the space around the guard began to distort!

"Grug"

He can't help but to cough with blood. The guard can't resist the sudden distortion of the space and he became somewhat loss. He clearly didn't expect that attack.

After the guard had been injured, Zera also followed Ace and the place become silent again.

The two traveled several of minutes. During on their way, the two casually picked herbs that catches their eyes.

Another few minutes had passed again when Ace duo halted their footsteps.

"They're here. Let's observe them for awhile. Do not do anything rash"

Ace spoke in a faint and cold voice.

"Aye." Zera nodded. She clearly knew that any rash actions might result them to be in danger.

While the two are watching from afar, there are people composes of two groups. The first group had a ice in a shape of sword symbol in their chest while the other group had a word "Gold Spear" written in their shirt.

In front of these two groups were both middle-aged man. They are seems to be talking about something.

"It seems like there are some naive fools who dare to kill someone with my Kingdom." The person leading people who had a word Gold Spear in their clothes.

"That's right. Even with Elder Sky around, they dared to do so. It seems like the person behind this is not a simple person." The other on leading the other group said.

"Anyway, putting that aside, what is the Chief of Icesword Family intention of coming in this continent? Is it for treasure or not? " The person called Elder Sky asked in a somewhat curious manner.

"Well my intention of coming here is to relay you the message passed on by His Excellency to you. It will benefit you in every way and in return His Excellency only had a little request to for you." The Chief of Icesword Family replied with a smile.

"I would like to hear this request of him first but I think we should deal with them first." Elder Sky said in a low voice and look at his surrounding as if he is looking for something.

The people here startled when they heard the elder's voice. It include the Chief. Everyone scanned their surroundings to find them but they eventually failed to find their location

"Enough of hiding. Should I force you to come out or you will come out yourself?" Elder Sky said with a cold expression. He himself can't pinpoint his location which makes him a little bit displeased.

After his word came out. The entire place became silent for a few minutes.
As time passes by the dark expression of Elder Sky became darker! It seems like the person who is hiding doesn't plan to show himself.

"Could it be Elder Sky sense it wrong? It seems like no one other than us are present here." The Chief replied while scanning his surrounding. Even he doesn't sense anything wrong.

"No I sense it and I know that you are here!"

Elder Sky became angrier and he cast some sign and he let out a golden spear and rise it before everyone's pair of eyes.

"Gold Spear Kingdom Ultimate Technique: Golden Dust!"

The golden spear glow and became brighter until it turn to a dust

He wave his hand and the dust surround him.

"Let's see if you can still hide after I used this!"

After that, with a thought of Elder Sky the golden dust around him suddenly spread with a a great speed!

It passed through the Chief and Elder Sky group and headed in the trees and wider. It didn't skip any small detail. It thoroughly scanned everything with a great speed.

When the attack had been executed by Elder Sky, Ace expression became serious.

He knew that this attack is not not simple at all!

"Damn it."

Ace clenched his hand. After that,  he let out his devouring power and surround the two of them completely.

After a while, the golden dust reach them. At first, the golden dust tried to invade them but it is all at vain.

This continued a few seconds and after that they strangely stopped!

Ace narrowed his eyes. His arm transformed to a dragon's and there is a symbol suddenly appeared in his hand. That is the gravity ancient symbol! He is ready to go all out because he knew that this Elder Sky is strong and he is far stronger compared to the current Ace.

While Zera on the other hand is calm and also preparing for an all out battle.

"Zera. If things doesn't go well. Then you must retreat. I will hold them back to buy some time for you to escape!"

Ace can't helped but to say those words to Zera. He knew that they are not that strong so the chances of something like that happened is extremely high. Even though he can't defeat the other party. Holding them back for a couple of minutes is not that hard.

"But. What about you?" Zera's face become sad and contain some unwillingness because of what Ace had said.

"No need to worry about me." Ace shook his head. He's not sure if he can still survive and stay alive at that time.

Just when Zera about to said something again, Ace voice suddenly rang out.

"Here he is."

The golden dust that stopped suddenly gathered in front of Ace and Zera.

It formed into a spear and eventually it came back to being a golden spear again.

After that, a figure suddenly appeared slowly while holding the golden spear. It appeared to be a middle-aged man and his clothes had a word written on it "Gold Spear." It is Elder Sky!

"Who are you? If I remember I left a guard to prevent anyone from entering." Elder Sky asked in a solemn manner.

"I force my way in. This land is owner less and you don't have the right to owned it. Less said to prevent others from entering." Ace said in a casual manner. Even though he knew that this person is stronger than him. He must not let them know that he is afraid of them!

"Bastard! Don't think about escaping from this elder! You dare to disrespect my order and the Kingdom!" He remove his coat.

When he remove his coat. Everyone can see a golden armor. With his spear with him, he became a golden knight!

"Kid, come if you dare to fight this elder." He said while pointing his spear to Ace.

"Fine then. Please go easy on me." Ace bowed to him and then suddenly the gravity around Elder Sky became heavier and heavier.

Ace didn't hold back. He it at its limit. He didn't plan to go easy because if he did he will be in the disadvantage.

"Good. You had a little skill but this is not enough. We are not known for having a powerful techniques,  we are known for having a strong body and brute strength!"
