Chapter 6

I had been pregnant for two months now and Elizabeth, didnt know.

I couldn't wait to tell her!Its not that I was afraid its that,I havent seen her in two months.I couldn't go to the castle..they refused to let me in, or they said she was always busy.

I looked at my stomach and smiled.

"Claudia?"

I turned and saw, Elizabeth walking into my bedroom and closing the door,I stopped frozen in place.

I breathed deeply and turned to face her,she stopped walking, she was looking at my stomach, in utter disbelief and horror.

"I..I'm pregnant mommy!"I said happily.

She stared at my stomach, in disgust.

"Isnt mommy happy?"

"No...get rid of it now..I do not want any child from you..they will be born with no status and I..will be mocked and..my rule will be challenged get rid of that bastard child"she said and stayed, where she was.

"But..its our baby mommy..its the only thing I have from you"I said softly,she walked to me and grabbed my throat.

She put her other, hand over my mouth,and took her hand away from my throat.She forced it into my stomach,I screamed into her hand trying to get away from her,but she held me still.

She pulled my baby out dropping it on the floor. She ripped her wrist open and poured blood into my mouth.I swallowed and cried,I dropped to the floor holding my baby against me crying.

"Moma's here I'll save you"I said and stood up.Elizabeth had lit the fire place , warming up the room..my stomach hurt so much.I winced with every move I made. I sat more comfortably on the floor and cradled, my little baby boy.

Elizabeth grabbed our baby and walked to the fire place,dropping him in it.I screamed and ran to the fire place, she grabbed me holding, me against her.

"The child is dead"she whispered,I cried harder and tried getting out of her hold.

"No!"I screamed and fell to my knees.Once our baby was nothing but a black..mound..Elizabeth let me go.I fell to the floor gasping down air.

"Mommy save him!"I begged and tried getting my baby,Elizabeth grabbed me pulling me back.

"He is gone get that through you head!"she shouted and threw me on my bed.

I cried and shook my head.

I laid down defeated,she looked at me and grabbed, my neck again pulling me up.

"You are nothing but a worthless human, do you understand?I want nothing to do with you"she said and dropped on my bed, she watched me.

I gulped in air and curled up into a ball and cried.

I hid my face and cried harder.

"Pathetic"she said softly and left.
