Hero's Tale

Chapter 3

For over a year Author has been visiting the princess... They would ether play games.....watch TV.....or just talk.

The two were out in the garden looking at the clouds.

"Wow the clouds look so cute and puffy....... Don't you agree Author?" Lilly asked.

"Yeah they do......" Author said.

"Sooooo tell me Author what do you wanna do now?" She asked.

"I'm not sure........hide and seek could be fun..... But its just 2 of us........hmm " Author thought.

"Maybe we could take a walk together.... Around the garden" lilly blushed while shuffling her front paws on the ground.

"I wouldn't mind that." Author said.

Both of them walked together though the garden.

As they were walking author was quickly grabbed by the neck!

"AUTHOR!!" Lilly screams in terror.

"What do we here ,a trespasser....looks like your going to get locked up." Malthizar said.

"H-hey put me down!" Author yelled.

"Malthizar He's my friend and my father already knows!" Lilly yells "

"Princess you and your dumb pathetic story's of Lie's" Malthizar said.

"Stop.....she's telling the truth!" Rose said while running to the scene.

".......hmp whatever....... If I was king anyone who comes in the castle grounds...regardless who they are would be killed.....your father needs to run his kingdom better." Malthizar said coldly as he drops Author.

"Don't talk about my father you jerk!" Lilly snapped.

"Or what.......your not real princess yet ,your just a lousy little girl just like your mother." Malthizar said as he walks away.

"Ugh what a rear end......anyway your OK Lilly?" Author said.

Lilly was starting to cry.

"....I'm sorry author but I think we should leave her alone for awhile.....she needs to be alone......." Rose said sadly.

"Oh OK......I hope you get better Lilly." Author said as he hugs her and leaves the castle.

Author wished he could stay with her.

Later at night author was up on the roof of his house with Alex looking up at the stars and telling Alex what happened earlier.

"Wow.......that sucks.......that Zoroark sounds like a ratatat's behind." Alex said.

"Yeah he is........" Author said.

"Author!" A familiar voice called!

It was Rose!

"Rose what are you doing here?" He asked.

"Author will you come with me to the castle, The princess would like to see you." She said.

Author nodded , said bye to his friend and went with Rose.

Later they make it to the castle and Rose escorted him to the princess's bed room.

When author walked in lilly looked scared.

"Lilly?" He asked worryingly.

"Author.... I'm scared he will yell at me again.....could you stay with me tonight?" She asked.

"Y-yes I will." He blushed madly.

Both of them sits on the balcony looking at the stars.

"Author..... Thank you so much for staying with me......so much has been bothering me." Lilly said.

"No problem princess I'm happy to make you feel better." Author said.

Lilly leans her head on Author's shoulder.

Author blushes.

The next day Author was back home in bed asleep.

"AUTHOR AUTHOR AUTHOR WAKE UP!" Alex said screaming into his ear.

"Ugh good grief can't you be any quieter?!" Author yelled.

"Nope.....any way guess what!" Alex said.

"What?" Author asked slightly annoyed.

"I got 4 tickets to the carnival!" Alex said excitedly.

"Now way...how did you get them?!" Author asked

"I saved up some money to buy them!" Alex said.

"Not to mention you could invite the princess and we can finally see her in person." Dusk said through the window in there room.

"That's not a bad idea , Let's go!" Author said.

Later that day Lilly was able to aslong as rose was with her.

"This is so nice....I rarely ever leave the castel." Lilly said cheerfully.

"You should start,outside the castle walls lies an adventure!" Alex said.

During the day everyone enjoyed themselves
especially author and Lilly.

The day was ending and everyone had to go home.

"Thanks author I really had a fun time." She said as she gave him a peck on the cheek and then she returned home.

The next year.

Things has been going great for Author and his friends especially during the winter snow season.

He enjoyed playing in the snow with his friends sledding was something they would do all the time.

The gang were outside the city.

"Hey author I'm so excited to go sledding!" Alex said.

"Same I may have 4 legs but all I need is a lil sled to slide down the hill." Dusk said.

"This is going to be awesome!" Author cheered .

"Um....hi Author." Lilly pops out of nowhere along with rose.
