Chapter 4

SEHUN's P.O.V
"Mum can't we just tell Chanyeol? I don't want him to get hurt like Kai did" I ask concern but mum shrugged me off and continue her cooking

"Sehun you need to watch your mouth, father would be so angry if he heard what you just said" she replied annoyed

"Mum..." I said as I walked into my room. This is always so unfair why do we have to keep this stupid thing a secret. Why does no one try to change the law. Baekhyun used to be our fricken friend has everyone forgotten that. No matter how hard I tried to make him escape the parents where always one step ahead of me. Ugh I missed the old days so much. We used to be family now it was just old memories..

I took out my laptop and signed into the group chat, I invited Chanyeol cause he is now our new member.
Fuck it I'm going to tell Chanyeol if anyone can help me it's us, only the six of us can do something about this sick town that's infected with evil.

DancingKai: my mum said Chanyeol had a 'visitor'. For fuck sake I'm so tired of the adults not caring! Chanyeol could have been attacked
Tao: did HE find out about Chanyeol snooping around?
Sehunnie: we have to tell him guys. We need to stop this disgusting play! This town has taken too much from us, the town has destroyed our little boy's life and we couldn't do anything about it. I say we should take a stand
D.O: sehun have you forgotten that HE would torture Baekhyun if we try and get involved. Remember last time? Baek can't take much for of this suffering, I can't take much more of hearing him cry and scream each night. Please let's be smart about this
DancingKai: Kyungsoo is right, we need to be smart about what we do. Any wrong move and Baek gets punishment.
Chen: let's just sleep tonight and tell Chanyeol tomorrow.
Tao: yeah let's play it safe

Sehun signed out of his laptop and put it under his bed. If his parents find the laptop and reads the chat, he would be screwed, they all would be.

CHANYEOL's P.O.V

Mum needed to leave early for work again, as I was styling my hair. We decided to not talk about what happened last night. The cops arrived at our house and told us it was probably a prank. I knew it wasn't the cops didn't believe me, even my mum didn't take my side. Starting to feel like I really am all alone.

Then I heard it, fricken again a scream, but this time so loud it almost knock me over. I rushed to my window looking around. I know I heard it,
I need to find where it's coming from.
Then it hit me, maybe it's not outside, maybe it's inside like in a house?

I looked at the house next to my window, it was Mr Byuns house. Blood started to boil as I try to look into the Windows of the house, but it was all covered up. Now when I think about it, the house looks strange as if it was more of a prison than a home.

I couldn't go to school today and letting this go, I needed to check, I needed to somehow check what's inside that house and is the screams coming from there.

I bent down and watched the front door of the other house, waiting till Mr Byun leaves for work, because his car in parked in the drive way. After about an hour he walked outside and hopped into his car. Relief hit me as I started to make my way out the back door. I didn't want anyone to see me trying to get into Byuns house.

I jumped over the fence and made my way to Mr Byuns back door. The place looked dead and awful. All the crops were dead, the smell was a mixture of blood rotting and alcohol and smokes. I quickly make my way to the door and before I tried to force myself in I heard a sob.

It was quiet but I could hear it. Someone is in there crying, Baekhyun?

"Hello Baekhyun is that you? It's Chanyeol" I whispered as the cries stopped

"Baekhyun I know you inside. Please open the door. I can help you" I softly said to ensure him

"I know your hurt, please let me protect you" I said hoping for him to open the door. However

"Please go away" he replied

That hurt, it hurt so much that even now he is still telling me to go away.

"Baekhyun please" I begged

"Go away!" He yelled

I was taken back by the sudden shout, I decided that I should really get to school before the teacher calls my parent. But I will be back to help him, though I need to keep it smart. I can't let anyone know I was here, I can't trust anyone.

"I'll be back for you" I say before I jumped back over the fence
