We opened the door after we had gathered all our things and to our suprise there were no wandering daed at all. The four dead corpses that we had killed the night before were still lying motionless on the ground oozing out fluids and dark black blood. I felt Tate's and Molly's hand slip into my two free ones as we shut the door and left Joanna's house for good.

Walking down Joanna's street we kept in the shadows hoping to be ignored by the few wandering dead. While we were walking queitly two screeching cars drove past followed by an ambulance. One of the dead on the street stepped right in front of the ambulance and caused the ambulance to swerve off the road and over the curb on to some lighlty oranged grass. It crashed into a near by tree. I looked at Molly and Tate and we all agreeded to go check it out.

We walked over to the ambulance and Tate and I opened the back doors while Molly checked the cab. (front part) There were two people in the back part of the ambulance. One, a middle aged man lying on a stretcher with multiple tubes running all through his body. Half of his face had been ripped offand he had turned extremely skinny and pale.

The other was a young, brunett female nurse with a bite mark on the inside of her wrist. She looked up at me with her now going pale eyes. She muttered something I couldn't quite hear."Say again" I asked. She said it again but this time i caught it. She said " don't get bit, but no matter how you die you turn." She looked down and said one more thing. "Kill me now" I couldn't do it. I just couldn't.i turned the other way and just thought for a moment. She grabbed the pistol that was shoved down the back of my pants and i turned around as quick as possible. She had the small hand held pistol nestled just under her chin. I covered Tate eyes and she slowly pulled the trigger. Bang. The sound was still ringing in my ears as Molly came around the back to see what had happened I ushered her and Tate back to the front of the ambulance and told them to wait seeming there wasn't alot of room left in the cab. I went back around to the back and continued my search keeping an eye on both the nurse and the motionless male on the stretcher.

I checked every possible spot in the back of the ambulance for any medical supplies or first aid kits. I found quite a bit including some bandages, headache pills, antibiotix, other mysterious tablets, two first aid kits and a small hand held hatchet. I shut the large ambulance doors and walked back to the front packing all the stuff I had found in our three packs. It would barely fit but I some how made it.

I opened the door to the cab and found two bodies strapped to their seats. One a young man strapped in the drivers seat. He had turned. I asked Molly and Tate to turn away but neither would, they both had their eyes glued to the mans slowly twitching body. I steped up into the cab and struck her head with my newly found hatchet. Only a little bit or black blood splatered, mostly onto me but some onto Tate and Molly. We all just wiped it off with our sleves. One down, one more to go. I went around to the other side of the cab and opened the passenger side door. A woman's limp arm fell out and just dangled out of the passenger side. I wanted Tate and Molly to look away so much but I also wanted them to see. So that they could learn and become stronger and not be so afraid all the time. Is that wrong?.

In the passenger side was by the looks and elderly woman. Her face was unreconizeable because a branch from the tree they had crashed into pierced the windsheild and went strait through her face and skull. There were no supplies that we could find or gather so we shut both of the cab doors and started walking off in the other direction when we heared a light moaning. We turned around and there was one more stranded dead that hadn't fully died. It was a native American who had been hit by the ambulance in the crash. His body was pinned to the big Oak tree by the ambulance. His uper body was still able to move but his lower wasn't even visible. Before I knew it Molly jumped up onto the bonet and ended his misery. He now laid flat across the bonet with a pool of blood forming under his face.. Hand in hand once again we left.
