Assassination

He swam closer to the underwater castle. Then he teleported himself inside the castle. To the throne room. He saw a giant manatee dressed in jewels and a purple dress and a merman with luscious flowing locks of hair sitting on the thrones. They were in a meeting. He was surrounded by other manatees and mermaids. They hadn't spotted him. He began to casually walk to Mermando, the king. He was preparing to talk underwater by swallowing his breath and using it to speak.
Mermando: "Excuse me, but who are you?"
Everything stopped and all eyes were on him.
Bill: "My name is Bill. I'm a friend of Mabel's."
Mermando: "You know Mabel?"
Bill: "Yes. I can bring you to her with your family. I know how to take care of this. You have to trust me."
Mermando hesitated and looked at the queen.
Mermando: "I am sorry. But I have to see Mabel. If I am to leave, I am never coming back."
Bill: "Hurry and grab your family. Leave the rest to me."
He nodded and swam so fast Bill couldn't see where he went. The queen still sat on her throne. He made a gun appear in his hand and teleported in front of her with the gun pointed between her eyes. He heard the mermen scream and the manatees squeal. He hesitated. "I have to. For Mabel. For Dipper. So they can all trust me knowing that I saved Mermando for Mabel. This was the only way," he thought.

Dipper was pacing. He worried what Bill might do. But he didn't know if he should worry at all. This was a different Bill. But he couldn't shake the feeling that he'll do something bad. Or he could get hurt. Just then, Bill appeared in front of him.
Dipper: "Bill!"
Dipper hugged his soaking wet body.
"What did you do?"
Bill: "I...uh...the queen agreed."
Dipper: "Bill. You're hiding something. I know that look. What did you do?"
Bill lowered his head.
Bill: "I'm sorry..."
Dipper: "Bill. Look at me."
Dipper raised Bill's head and Bill looked at him and Dipper noticed Bill's eyes were getting puffy.
Dipper: "Whatever you did, we won't hate you because you regret it. Tell us."
Bill: "I...held a gun up to the queen."
Mabel: "What?!"
Dipper: "Did you kill her?"
Bill: "...no."
Dipper: "Please, don't lie to me."
Bill: "Dipper, I swear. I'm not lying to you. Never again. I can't bare to see you look at me with disgust."
Dipper: "Then tell me. Why didn't you kill her?"
Bill: "You."
Dipper: "Come again?"
Bill: "I heard your voice. I don't know how, but I heard your voice in my head."
Dipper: "What did I say? What did you do?"
Flashback:
Dipper: "Stop!"
Dipper wasn't there. It was in his head.
"Don't do it! Think of another way! Anything but this!"
Mabel: "We will never forgive you if you do! And you will never forgive yourself!"
Ford: "We don't want you going down this path again!"
Stan: "Please!"
Dipper and Mabel: "WE LOVE YOU!"
A sharp pain hit his heart. Nothing hit him but their words. He didn't know where it came from. He started to cry. His tears making bubbles in the water. The gun disappeared and he dropped to his knees.
Bill: "Please...the king's heart belongs to someone else. And her heart was broken when you married him. She misses him and he misses her. I beg you...find another king! Please!"
Bubbles excessively sprouted from his eyes.
"I only thought killing you would solve the civil war problem. Just because you lost your king. But I was wrong. Something made me realize that. I just joined a family and I don't want to lose them or their trust. I hope you can find it in your heart to forgive my carelessness and find a new king. I'm sorry!"
She nodded. She spoke, but it wasn't English. Bill somehow understood her. "So be it," she said.
Bill: "Really? I will never forget your kindness, your majesty! Thank you! Where are you, Mermando?"
He got no answer. He teleported to the surface and saw them. Mermando and his family, waiting.
Mermando: "There you are! I was beginning to worry."
Bill: "Bill never fails."
Mermando: "How do we get to Mabel?"
Bill: "Everyone hold hands. I can teleport us to the Gravity Falls lake."
Mermando: "You can do that?"
Bill: "Yes. Trust me. Hold hands."
So they did as he said and he took Mermando's shoulder and in an instant they were in the Gravity Falls lake.
Bill: "Okay. I'll be back with Mabel and her brother. We'll have a plan to get you to stay at the Mystery Shack with us. Trust me."
Bill disappeared and found himself in the attic where Dipper was pacing and Mabel was chewing on her hair.
End of Flashback:
Bill: "I think I might be going back to who I was before."
Dipper: "Not while you're with us."
Bill's regret and guilt faded. All Bill had to do was look in Dipper's eyes. He felt free.
Mabel: "Hey. Did you forget that they're waiting for us?"
Dipper: "Oh. Right."
Bill: "I was thinking I could make a really big, deep, salt water pool for them somewhere outside the shack. But little bit of it shallow for swimmers."
Mabel: "That's an awesome idea!"
Bill went outside and they watched as he worked his magic.

Bill brought them to the lake. When Mabel saw them she ran into the water to Mermando. When he was finally in her reach, she grabbed his face and kissed him. Bill and Dipper smiled and each other.
