Nico stared out the window of the Quinjet, feeling nervous. Percy was obviously quite worried. They were in Zeus's territory, and he hated his brothers' children flying. Thalia was humming the Disney movie Hercules's soundtrack happily, despite her request to fly the plane being shot down practically instantaneously, and Annabeth was reading a book about emotional trauma. May was silent as they flew toward Stark Tower. It wasn't that they were bored, per say, but Percy fell asleep within minutes of takeoff and Nico followed him there shortly after the first hour of flight.

Tony sighed as he saw the Quinjet land softly in front of him. Fury had said they would be getting four new kids today, and he wasn't happy. Not only was Ultron causing trouble worldwide, but now he had to babysit. All Fury had told him was that all of them were considered troublemakers and they were really young, about sixteen and nineteen, respectively. He watched as a blonde, two goths, and a black haired kid disembarked and looked at them. The blonde held a book in her hands about emotional trauma and looked calm, but there was a sharp dagger strapped to her hip. The older of the two goths had a spear across her back and her punk outfit gave her an air of confidence. The other goth had dark, seemingly soulless eyes, and a black sword sheathed at his side. He recognized the other male from a picture his twin had sent him a few years ago. It was his nephew Percy, but he'd changed. Gone was the lankiness, and it was replaced by muscles and his once-pale skin now held a deep surfer's tan. His sea green eyes were looking around, taking everything in, but they held a tortured look in them. There were also slight bags under his eyes, as if he hadn't gotten good sleep in a few days. He had shot up a good foot and a half too, leaving him at least six feet tall.
"Hi, you must be Tony." the blonde introduced. Tony gaped. Bruce, who had been beside him the entire time, spoke up.
"This is Tony, yes. I'm Bruce. You must be Annabeth." he said.
"Yeah, and this is Thalia Grace, Nico Di Angelo, and Percy Jackson." She answered slowly.
"He looks different than I remember." Tony whimpered.
"How do you know me?" Percy asked quietly, and quite dangerously too.
"I've seen pictures." Tony answered. "But not since you were twelve."
"How'd you get these pictures?" Percy almost growled.
Tony seemed to find his courage. "I have my sources."
Bruce stepped between Tony and the teens. "Alright, let's go inside. Everyone else is waiting." He lead them into the tower where Steve, Rhody, Thor, Wanda, Natasha, and Pietro were waiting. They studied the teens closely before Thor spoke up.
"Son of Poseidon." he noted. "And Athena, Hades, and Zeus."
Percy blinked, but he said nothing. Annabeth and Thalia glanced at each other and Nico looked like he was about to collapse from shock.
"Guys, this is Percy Jackson, Annabeth Chase, Thalia Grace, and Nico Di Angelo." Bruce introduced. Steve spluttered in surprise.
"Nico Di Angelo? It's not possible. I knew the kid back in the war." he protested. Nico's expression darkened.
"I stayed in a casino for the better part of seventy years. Time didn't pass. So it's definitely possible, Steve." he almost growled.
Steve almost looked ashamed. The introductions went along smoothly for the most part. Nico and Steve reconciled their apparent friendship from the early 1940's before Nico's home blew apart, leaving him orphaned with his sister (we found this out from Steve, and Nico glared at him for it). He'd also been best of friends with Steve's best friend Bucky Barnes, who had died during the war, according to Steve and Peggy Carter. Percy didn't talk much, letting other people do the talking as he watched his girlfriend look around the room's architecture. When asked about himself, he gave very short answers with little to no information. Eventually, Steve led them off to bed and came back minutes later, running a hand through his cropped blond hair.
"I think they'll be great additions to the team, if we knew more about them." he commented with a sigh, dropping to the couch in clear exhaustion. Thor looked almost guilty.
"I could tell you more about the son of Poseidon, but it would be a breach of trust." he said slowly. The others perked up.
"Like what?" Natasha said cautiously. She knew how uncomfortable people knowing your past made someone, much from personal experience.
"He never knew of his father until he was twelve. He thought he had been a sailor lost at sea, which I admit was almost close to the truth. He learned of his father and uncles and aunts' existence when his mother was kidnapped on a vacation to Montauk, New York, one night. He fought off the Minotaur and has since been returning to the camp that accepted his kind for who they were- half-bloods." Thor stated matter-of-factually. "He went to the Sea of Monsters the year later to save his camp and young Thalia's tree. A son of Hermes, Luke, had poisoned the tree, and the barrier protecting the camp was crumbling. His friend Clarisse was officially sent on that quest by herself and almost died if it hadn't been for Percy, Annabeth, a friend named Grover, and Percy's brother Tyson."
"How do you know all this?" Steve asked quietly.
"He and his friends are famous in Asgard. He has saved the world twice now, at least. Anyway, when they got the Golden Fleece from Polyphemus the Cyclops, they sailed back to camp with Clarisse and they saved Thalia's tree."
"The Golden Fleece? Polyphemus? Are we talking about Greek mythology or Percy?" Rhody asked.
"Both. Poseidon, the Greek god of the sea and earthquakes is Percy's father." Tony explained.
"How-" the others started.
"I'm his uncle."
