Quit It, Marauders!

Chapater 8

I awoke in the hospital wing curled up in my lioness form. There were three other forms in the room. A shaggy black dog, a lion and a rat. "L-Leo?" I asked his sleeping form weakly putting my tail in front of his nose. He rose his head, sneezed and looked at me. His amber eyes lighting up.

"Lira!" He purred happily.

The shaggy black dog woke up and looked delighted. Then realising I didn't know who he was he transformed into Sirius Black. "Hey Lira, how you feelin'?" He asked softly and kindly. I smiled and licked his cheek. "I'll take that as better." He chuckled.

Suddenly, the doors opened and in came James, Remus, Dumbledore and McGonagall. James and Remus rushed over seeing me awake and huged me. Remus broke away and so did James. "Good to see you looking better, Fang." James said rubbing my fur. I gave him the 'really-James?' look. "Yes really, Fang." He chuckled.

Remus then came and asked "what happened?" I pointed with my tail to my form then to Madam Pomfrey's office. "Oh, right. Wants you to stay in that form to heal?" Remus asked. I just shrugged. Honestly I had no clue.

"Good to see you feeling better, Lira." Dumbledore said, patting my head. I rubbed it against his hand affectionly. He chuckled. "I see that you trust me." I nodded then looked over and saw the person I hated. I growled and Dumbledore turned to see Lora Cattleroff. The girl I hated most.

"Well, well, well. If it isn't Miss. I-need-attention!" She yelled slapping my face. I growled harder. "Oh I'm so scared! What's a little Lioness oops sorry I meant kitten gonna do?" She aksed sarcastically.

"Sirius, calm down." Remus warned. I looked over, glared at Sirius so he would back down and he did.

"Now, back to buisness. I want you out of here before I kill you. Simple realy." I growled at her harder than ever. Leo then joined me in growling at her. "Wow. Touché, Leo, touché. But, you dont scare me! Get lost and you'll survive." She said hitting me in the face again.

Leo transformed and punched her. "Was that a threat to my sister?!" He asked out raged. I jumped up and pounced on him knocking him to the floor. I saw what was going to happen next. I ran and jumped on Lora just in time to see the thing that could have killed Lora fly by.

"You...just...saved...me....thanks..." She thanked, shocked. I nodded at her and jumped back onto the bed and curled up as Madam Pomfrey came up and said "Lira, you are allowed to transform back into your human form. Please ld because I need to clean the cuts." I nodded my thanks and transformed.

"You alright?" Sirius asked seeing the discomfort on my face.

"Just shouldn't stay in that form for to long. It can get lets say a little bit out of hand." I told him.

"Right. But how do you feel?" Remus aksed.

"Ok just real painful in the shou-I'm going to kill Charles Wolf." I said seeing a huge gash on my shoulder.

Leo saw it and went to get Madam Pomfrey. He came back a minute later. "We are BOTH going to kill Charles. After hurting my sister. Nope. He wont be forgiven for this." He told me.

"Agreed." I agreed with him. "I have bitten off more than I can chew with that guy. It's time to get rid of him, dont ya think?"

"Yep!"

"There you go. All cleaned and healed." Madam Pomfrey told us and I thanked her.

"So, what exactly happened? Cause one minute you were there and then I looked back and you were gone. What happened?" Leo asked.

"Well" I started, "when we were chasing eachother I somehow disappeared into another part of the place don't know how. But I kept calling but no one heard. I then saw the sign that I was missing that me and you agreed on for eachother. I roared but no answer, thats where I saw Charles. I ran and your dad came out and growled at him and told him to stay away from me. Then the rest of your family showed up and I was then called a monster your mother growled the word lies and we started to circle each other. He then said 'oh I am. To make your life a living HELL!' And on the word 'hell' we pounced and I got all thses cuts and that. You know the rest." I told them.
