Kanan's POV:

I was 20 at the time, and on Lothal, I  was just walking down the street, and I felt like I was being followed, I kept looking behind me, I knew someone was following me, I could sense it. Every time I looked behind me nobody was there, by the time I got to Capital City, which was only like a mile and a half from where I started walking, I was very frustrated, I looked back one last time, but then, I stopped for a little while, I stood the silently, and I called out, "I know someone is there, come out where I can see you", I looked carefully around me, and then I saw a Twi'lek running out from an alley, and a group of storm troopers close behind, she ran fast, that's for sure. She was running so fast that she bumped into me as she ran from the storm troopers, we both gasped, "whoa" at the same time, she stumbled and I helped her up, at first I couldn't really see what she looked like, but then when I helped her up, when she looked up at me, I froze, she was the prettiest girl I ever saw.

Hera's POV:

When I bumped into him, I was frozen. I don't know why but I felt like I knew him completely, except, I have never seen him before. I was too out of breath to care, I needed to hide from these troopers. I didn't know him, but I didn't have much of an opportunity to escape, I ask him desperately, "can you please help me escape?" he looked at me in confusion, but he nodded and said, "I'll help you, come with me" he grabbed my hand gently, told me to run as fast as I could, and he ran beside me. Then, he jumped onto a speeder bike with a storm trooper on it, and kicked him off, and said as he smiled, "jump on" and I did so. He drove the speeder bike out of Capital City, very fast. He went so fast I almost fell off, I had no clue where we were going but I didn't care. I was so grateful that he helped me, when we stopped I said, "thank you so much", and he nodded and replied, "you're welcome". Then, I asked him, as he turned around, "hey, what's your name?" and he answered, "Kanan, Kanan Jarrus".
