Kanera: The Power of Two

True Identity

Kanan's POV: 

When we landed, I grabbed Hera's hand and pulled her into a small nearby cave, there were Elite storm troopers, they were more swift, and stronger than the storm troopers on Lothal, they had amazing aim, and their weapons were never on stun. One of the caught a glimpse of Hera, they aimed at her, but I pulled her from their aim. I told Hera, "RUN!" but she said worriedly, "but, what about you?" and then, I jumped on a boulder, I grabbed my light saber, and I flipped off the boulder and tackled the trooper that aimed their blaster at Hera and knocked them out. Then, I turned my light saber on and slashed the other troopers blaster and kick him into a tree, which knocked him out. I turned, facing Hera, and I saw her backing up in fear, but of me. I saw her back up into a tree, then she said scared, "I..I thought..all of the Jedi were wiped out" and I said smiling, "I was one of the few Jedi who escaped..." I paused. Hera looked at me and the walked to me, "what?" I said, "my master was killed in Order 66, the clones turned on all of us, they gunned her down!" I could feel the memories taunting me, making me raise my voice, I said "the last thing she said to me was...'go I'll be right behind you' but when I turned around I saw her being shot my the clones, in her last breath she whispered 'run'.. and I ran" I fell to the ground, and Hera sat down next to me and comforted me, "I'm..I'm so sorry Kanan" I stood up and told her in sort of cheery  voice, "let's get going" and Hera followed me.

Hera's POV: 

I was so surprised and honestly sort of frightened when Kanan showed that he was a Jedi, but when he told me about his master being killed in Order 66, I felt so sorry for him. Kanan took me to the market and put himself in disguise and told me to do so, he took off his armor and just had regular clothes on; an under shirt and some pants. I took of my armor and my pantsuit and had a regular under shirt and shorts. I didn't really know why we were in disguise but I just did what Kanan said anyways. Then, I sat down for a minute, but when I got up, Kanan wasn't there, I looked all around me but I didn't see him. I called his name a few times quietly, then, I saw him in handcuffs with his hands behind him and an elite trooper behind him, I ran to him but then when the trooper looked at me (when I was at a distance) I turned away making it seem like I'm not following them, then the trooper kicked Kanan, and threw him to the ground, handcuffing him. I felt helpless, I didn't know what to do. I watched the troopers handcuff Kanan, but then a trooper threw him into an interrogation chair, then I ran up some large boulders beside the scene, and jumped on one of the elite troopers, and shot another with my blaster (Blurgg- 1120 Holdout Blaster).
