He held the bouquet of flowers in hand, roses for his beautiful girl.
The butterflies in his stomach increased, his heart was filled with an unknown emotion.
He turned the doorknob.
The flowers slipped from his hands so did the smile on his face.
The box in his hand also fell, the ring clattering to the ground.
There she was, with another man.
He was wrong.
He felt his heart shattering into a million pieces.
He wiped his tears and ran out of the door ignoring her persistent cries.
She was never his.
