*a few weeks after the birthday incident*

Koharu's pov

Standing at the doorway i pass Naruto his lunch box "Good-luck for your graduation exam. I know that you'll pass well " smiling brightly at Naruto.

He looks at me a gives me a silly grin "Of course ! i'm going to be the future Hokage after all. See you later " Naruto wear his shoes and waves me goodbye. I wave back and watch him head off to school. Then i went to do my usual routine. Folding the futons, washing dishes, preparing the breakfast for tomorrow and more.

While throwing clothes into the washing machine. My mind wanders to Naruto. Sure Naruto's speciality isn't clone jutsu but he has been working hard these few days to perfect it. I don't see how he can't pass the exam and i'm overthinking again.

I look up to stare at the dull grey wall and i sigh.

*after Naruto's exam at the house*

"So you're telling me. Not only did you steal an important scroll, you were also chased by a Chunin who hated you and summoned about a hundred shadow clones at once?" I said it out loud. Naruto just smiled it off and i take a deep breath.

He waved the matter off and said "Don't worry it wasn't much , Iruka sensei is fine, i passed the exam and the scroll was safe." I give Naruto a stiff smile at his words. I could feel my hair rising up a little but i continue walking towards Naruto.

He visibly gulped and i slap him on the back. Naruto winces a little at the hit. Then i gave him a bear hug."I'm glad you weren't hurt too bad. Congrats anyway for passing the exam. We can go out for dinner tomorrow and have some ramen at your favourite shop".

Naruto fist-bumps the air and i check his injuries before the two of us turn in for the night.

*The next morning*

After hearing that Iruka-san is recovering from his injuries from protecting Naruto. I pack some cream for external injuries made by Miyu's family before i head out to the hospital.

Once i arrive, i debate a little in my head. To ask the person at the reception desk or not. I came to a conclusion that it will be faster if i did the search myself.

Concentrating on Iruka's chakra. I find him on the fourth floor of the hospital and i spot the a building close to his ward. Making sure the owner doesn't notice me, i head to the back of the building. I take a deep breath and concentrate my chakra onto my feet.

The wall was a easy climb, next i just have to jump to the hospital building. With little effort i land on the hospital's rooftop. I walk near Iruka's ward and check for the presence of other people.

Two voice echoed out of the room and i stop, listening in to them from the rooftop.

"Iruka you should take better care of yourself. You were lucky that you had such minor injuries. Don't give me that dopey smile. Oh and the nurse says you can leave the hospital tomorrow." A crisp voice floated out of the room.

Iruka replies calmly"Thanks for visiting me Sayu. The flowers are lovely by the way. What are these flowers called ?"

The female replies almost instantly "Gardenias, the florist at Ino's recommended these for me. They look wonderful" i can hear her walking towards the window.

"They really do. Do you have any incoming missions ?" Iruka's voice is filled with warmth.

I hear the windows open."Two actually. One in Otogakure and another in Sunagakure. I'll be away for two weeks. Will be leaving three days later"

Iruka's tone drops a little and he answers "I see, you should go home and rest well. You did just come back from a mission."

The female replies quickly. "No worries about me when you're the patient and were you expecting another visitor ?"

After Hearing that sentence i saw no point in hiding any longer. I walk towards the window a little too casually, jump into the ward. Bowing to the two adults inside. Out of the corner of my eye, i spot a silver hair lady. Who was staring at me unamused. While Iruka's eyes grew wider.

"Koharu? Why are you here?" He asked.

"Sorry for intruding on your conversation but i was hoping to pass you this cream. It's great for healing injuries and reduces the pain." I reply, apologetic. Not looking at either adults. I'm a little shy okay!?

Sayu replies first "Oh i see. I was wondering why didn't the person who wanted to stay hidden hide her chakra properly." her blunt words hit me like a book.

Iruka apologises "Don't mind her bluntness Koharu. She's always like that and thanks a lot for the cream" i pass him the cream. Iruka takes it with both hands and cups it.

I shake my head "It should be me who's thanking you for protecting Naruto. I also believe that being blunt is a trait of the brave. I shouldn't be staying any longer. So i'll be going off first Iruka-sensei and Sayu-san." Bowing at the end of my sentence, i look up to see Iruka waving and Sayu smiling.

Leaving from the window which i came in from. I continue with my daily training. Which consists of 35 laps around the village, 2 hours of shuriken at the training grounds and then 2 hours in the library. It was tough at first but after some time the routine gradually became easier.

Wait.... now that i think about it. Doesn't that Sayu person look a lot like someone? Hmm, guess that's not important. I do hope that Iruka-sensei realizes that Sayu's a little bit of a tsundere. Well to me it's pretty obvious that she likes him but i guess he can't tell know.

The night soon arrives and i lie on the futon. Easing my mind into a soft darkness.
