BROWN RICE WITH BEEF SAUCE

Ingredients
5 cups rice
2kg meat
10 large tomatoes
3 medium onions
4 knorr cubes
6 red pepper
1/3 crushed garlic
8 tbsp coconut oil
Pinch of curry
Pinch of thyme
Pinch of salt

PROCEDURE
for brown rice: wash parboiled rice, sieve and allow the water to drop, then slice the onion wash and fry until its golden brown, remove from fire then blend the onion, mix rice with blended onions, add spices allow to cook for 5 mins when cooked remove from pot to the food flask to keep it hot.

For the sauce: cut and wash the meat, put in a pot add water, onion, maggi, salt and the rest of the spices bring to boiling point, wash and cut the tomatoes, onion, garlic, pepper, oil in a pot add all the ingredients and fry, when its fried add meat in the sauce, cook for 10mins. Then serve.
